Sytuacja patowa, ponieważ od ponad miesiąca czekamy na PIN do karty dla sam. ciężarowego, grzeczne telefony z naszej strony oraz maile nic nie wnoszą. Firma Fleetcor wysłała z automatu kolejną kartę na sam. osobowy gdy skończył się termin ważności, przyszedł szybko PIN natomiast nadanie nowego PINU na samochód ciężarowy trwa ponad miesiąc i wszyscy ręce rozkładają. Ok m-c temu poprzez stronę internetową (pod nadzorem konsultanta Fleetcor) nadałam PIN, który nie zadziałał i stąd teraz problemy firmy … W Shellu nie było takich problemów, więc wniosek stąd dział/ firma Fleetcor jest zdecydowanie fatalnie nadzorowany, online, nie można załatwić NIC, nawet nie można złożyć reklamacji, ponieważ konsultanci sami odbierają maile, sami nadzorują sprawy klienta …
ps przed chwilą dostałam pocztą PIN i sprawa zamknięta, ale ile razy musieliśmy wypłacać i rozliczać faktury za paliwo kupione za gotówką za granicą i ile z tym zachodu tego nie chce mi się roztrząsać, tego się nie wróci ...

Zamowione karty nie dotarly przez 3 tygodnie.problem ze wszystkim co mialo miejsce po wplaceniu kaucji. Problem ze zwrotem kaucji i wypowiedzeniem umowy choc karty nigdy nie dotarly!!MAsakra

"SCAM"

SCAM, CUSTOMER BEWARE! FEE GOUGING! LIERS.

I was offered a Fuel card through Chevron/Texaco. I used the card for $62.07 in fuel. In the small print they say that I was on a Net14 terms so when I paid within 30 days it incurred a $77 late fee. So I paid the $77 & the $62.07. This put the account at a $0 balance. However, when I logged in to the account they have a new balance of $231. This is for 3 more late fees of $77. There was a 0 balance after my final payment. I want the additional fees removed and the card closed. This is a scam! Their "fee gouging is fraudulent" and the public should be warned about this of scam.

Fleetcor ist eine ganz schlechte Firma und Gesellschaft, erzeugen Rechnung die nich in meiner Abrechnungen vorhanden sind, und wenn man dann Anruft um nach zufragen wird dann einem die Tankkarte gesperrt und gebühren erhoben, und das ganze wegen 59.17 chf die ich auch nicht an meinen Abrechnungen gefunden habe ,das ist eine Abzocker Firma ,dann wohlen sie sich noch auf kosten anderen bereichern, kann jedem nur empfählen lasst die finger von der firma Fleetcor die ist ihr geld nicht wert

This company cannot be trusted at all. When they called me to get me to sign up for their cards, they sold me by telling me that I would be 10 cents off per liter for the first 90 days at any Esso or Husky stations in Canada. I got my first bill and no discounts were there. They then told me that that the discounts would show up on the second bill. I believed them and we continued to use the cards. I got the second bill and there was a discount of only $2 on that bill. I called and emailed my representative and that is when she started to back pedal. She then told me that we had to fuel at Cardlock stations only (first time I had EVER heard that) and that we had a tiered system of discounts and had to buy a certain number of liters to get the higher discounts. Never was any of this communicated to me until after I got my second bill. We have now cancelled these cards.

Facturatie klopt echt niets van. de beloofde korting niets van gezien. En als laatste de kosten die ze in rekening brengen voor de passen is nooit over gesproken. Je kan beter met de je bankpas betalen.

Ich bekomme seid geraumer Zeit keine Rechnungen mehr von Fleet Core. Jedesmal sitze ich an meinen Auszügen und ärgere mich in Grund und Boden. Meine Buchhaltung hat, beim Vorbereiten der Kontoauszüge für das Steuerbüro, keine Zeit sich über Zugangsdaten und Passwörter im Backend unserer Dienstleister die Rechnungen zu suchen und down zu loaden

Ebenfalls sind wir nicht bereit Gebühren zu zahlen um eine ordentliche Zustellung der Rechnung für unsere Buchhaltung "zu kaufen?"

Habe Fleet Core zu diesem Misstand per Mail informiert..vor vielen Wochen....und weder eine Antwort noch im Folge-Monat eine Rechnung erhalten. Ich werde diesen Laden verlassen. Das ist jetzt schon eine Sache des Prinzips geworden. Lieber zahl ich woanders mehr als mich jeden Monat über so einen miesen Service zu ärgern..da hab ich keine Zeit für.
