I placed an order on Thursday the 25th of April. The website advertises one to two working days delivery and showed the tiles as being in stock. The tiles should have arrived by Tuesday the 30th of April at the latest but no delivery arrived. I was assured after three phone calls to their office on Tuesday that the order was with DHL and I would receive tracking information later that day and the tiles would arrive on Wednesday. I received no tracking information and so called the office again on Wednesday.
Again I was reassured the tiles were with DHL and they would be with me by Thursday definitely. The manager assured me the tiles were on their way and be with me the next day. He could not provide me any tracking information or shipment details for me to enquire with DHL. The manager asked me to wait until lunchtime on Thursday and assured me he would be watching my case and have tracking information for me by then although also said the tiles would be with me on Thursday.
By Thursday lunch time I still had no tiles and no tracking information and I had spoken to DHL who confirmed there was nothing in their system to be delivered to my address and if there were there would be a shipping number to be able to track the order. The manager did not answer my calls on Thursday.
I spoke to Chris in the office who said Alex was unavailable until the afternoon. Chris could still not get me any tracking information and agreed to cancel my order because it was two days overdue with no sign of appearing and still no tracking information and I relayed that DHL had informed me they had nothing on their system for me. He told me he could only relay what their warehouse in Germany had told them. I received an email confirming the order had been cancelled and was told by Chris I would have the refund within 24 hours.
I waited 24 hours but had no refund
I called and spoke to Alex, the manager again on Friday who told me because I cancelled the order I would have to wait until the order had been received back at the warehouse. I dispute the claim I cancelled the order, the company failed to deliver my tiles on time or provide any confirmation they had even been shipped. I've still had no tracking information to confirm the order even left the warehouse. I was told he would provide me by the end of day the shipment number and tracking information for this order so that I can see when it arrives back at the warehouse.
I've had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. If you do decide to put your faith in them make sure you pay by PayPal or credit card.
Fast forward to the next week, not answering my calls, not responding to my email. I've asked for proof the tiles left their warehouse in Germany but not received any proof.
Lastly I was told by Chris that my tiles were stocked in their German warehouse so I'm considering contacting trading standards. They falsely advertise the tiles being delivered in 1-2 working days when the stock is in Germany. With having to go through customs and ship from Germany there's no way it could arrive in 1-2 working days.

"This is my second time of ordering…"
This is my second time of ordering samples from this company the first time I waited a week for my samples but after an email I did receive my order so that’s why I ordered more samples thinking that I would receive them how very wrong was I.
I ordered samples on 28th March I waited a week no response I have telephoned serval times on one occasion I was told someone would call me back had no response I have emailed four times no response.
No customer service at all would not recommend this company

Ordered tiles to be delivered within 1-2 days and they hadn’t arrived after a week. Emailed and called with no response. Was told I’d get a call back but never did. I need the tiles replaced as I have a young son and the downstairs toilet is out of bounds. The job has now taken a lot longer than anticipated which is a real inconvenience. Feels like a very unprofessional company.

"Poor customer experience and not good value"
Very poor customer experience. No information on delivery. Very slow response on email without requested information. No one responds when called. No information on courier or delivery beyond 'shipped'. We are still waiting for our order. Disappointing. I don't think they are good value either.
