If i could score 0 I would. Ordered a pair of shoes online for my 17 month old son and husband. Ordered on 8th of April. Still no sign of delivery. On my account still states out for delivery on 12th of April. Phone up and get put on hold then get cut off. Live chat just keeps telling me due for delivery on 12th. Even though it is now 23rd of April. Most frustratingly have had NO updates from them. Just keeps saying delivery on 12th. My 17th month old will have gone up a shoe size by the time Clarks sort it!!! Very dissapointed.

Pat at Clarks Solihull, was so helpful with my husband some months ago by measuring his feet and listening also suggesting certain type of shoes, so they fitted perfectly, so last week I went into to see if Pat was there again being so helpful Pat was so AMAZING as I am disabled with great difficulties, she was so good so I brought white trainers for the first time in my life and some beautiful loafers. I was served by Dawn at the Swansea branch of Clarks shoes earlier this month.
Dawn was personable, accommodating, helpful and efficient. She took great care when measuring my granddaughter’s feet for new school shoes, and my granddaughter was given several options of styles to choose from. Dawn helped make our in-store experience a pleasant one, and my granddaughter is very pleased with her new shoes. I will certainly be using this store again in the future.
