I visited Clarks in Denton today with my two little ones and Harriet could not have been more helpful! She was patient with both of my children while measuring their feet and really helped me during my visit.

Jacob at the Middlebrook store was extremely helpful and patient. He tried various styles and sizes and looked to order shoes that weren't in stock. He persevered and managed to find the perfect pair of shoes for my daughter.
Jacob's a credit to Clarks.

I'm not sure what's happened to Clarks but I have purchased 3 pairs of wide fit recently in different styles. But they are clearly not wide - they're tight & nowhere near the overall fit I would expect. Clarks used to always be comfortable and I had no problems. It seems nowadays the quality has slipped a lot.

I went to the westbrom branch Jenny helped my son with measuring and fitting his shoes. Because my son wears a splint on his foot it’s difficult to get the right fit. Jenny was very helpful she took her time without pressure. She was able to get my son the right shoes to fit him. Thank you so much.
