Today I found myself in Clark’s at Cribbs Causeway near Bristol. I had only entered the store because my partner was browsing, so without any real intention of buying anything, I spotted a pair of boots that I liked and asked the assistant (Hannah) for some help. She was so polite and helpful and soon returned with the pair of boots to try on. When I decided that I would purchase the boots, the Manager (Susan) who was at the till at the time took the boots and used a leather conditioner on both boots and spent 10 minutes shining them for me before placing them in the box. The service I received in the store was truly outstanding. It was the most pleasurable shopping experience of the day at Cribbs. Thank you Susan and Hannah for the remarkable customer service. I would highly recommend this store.

Allison was really helpful and great with the kids, kept them engaged and feeling comfortable for measuring and fitting of new shoes. She listened to my daughter when explaining where shoes hurt and told me which styles would suit her foot shape best. Helpful, friendly, great staff members. Thank you

What a wonderful trip to Clarks at Cribbs Causeway last weekend. The store is running an event where you scan a QR code and can win a voucher for money off your purchase or, in our case, a free pair of shoes! The store manager was as excited as we were when we discovered we had won. All the staff who assisted us were so lovely. Thank you!

Clare was great! So patient with both my girls, especially the 2 year old who is a whirlwind! She learned their names and was so lovely with them.
Eventually the girls chose some shoes they liked.

"Fehlerhafte interne Zahlungssystem"

Ich habe am 27.02.2025 zwei paar Schuhen für 141,95€ gekauft. Leider waren sie zu groß und Ich habe sie zurückgegeben.


Der erste Rückerstattung für das 15% Gutscheinrabatt war 21,29 € am 04.03.2025 (auch damals gab schon Missverständnis in dem System, der Rabatt wurde nicht bei Bezahlung abgezogen, deshalb gab die 1. Rückerstattung).

Und die zweite Rückerstattung war 99,37€ am 06.03.2025 nachdem Ich die Schuhe zurückgegeben habe.

Es fehlt noch 21,29 € und Clarks gibt das Geld nicht an mir wieder zurück, weil sie in ihrem fehlerhaften System sieht, dass Ich zu wenig bezahlt habe. Meine Paypal Hystorie bestätigt, dass Ich genau 141,95€ gezahlt habe. Paypal hilft auch nicht weiter, weil Rückgaberecht nicht unter Käuferschutz fällt.

Fantastic service today from Alex at Clarks Wolverhampton. A true helpful professional who looked after my elderly father’s shoe requirement so very well. She is a credit to Clarks. Great space in the shop too for trying the shoes on. Overall, an excellent experience. A good point of note is that Clarks offers forces discount too! I will definitely be visiting again.
