I bought a dress from them and received a dress from a wholesale brand called "THANNE" i noticed they sell other brands as well but this one was not specified on their website what brand it was so i was expecting a Charcoal clothing brand. little did i know when i looked up the THANNE brand that it was a whole sale brand, they have no integrity as a company imagine what else they're ripping off people from. i am very disappointed that the transparency was not provided and i will never shop from a brand that deceives people.

The dresses that I bought from this company were great in quality but just a bit off. The sizing on their website is way off, everything is smaller than what the size listed is. Each of the dresses just fit weird, they just didn't fit properly. And I would definitely not buy from them if you are not from Australia. They have no good return policy. You have to pay for your own shipping label. I bought dresses for a total of $44 and to return them the shipping label would have cost $62.

Quick purchase and delivery. Commendable.
Then, as the trench coast size was wrong, immediately emailed Charcoal to effect a return.
No reply.
emailed again, and also completed an online form.
no Response.
I am reluctant to just mail the coat back in case of no reply, no coat, no refund.

Cannot believe it : not one single response.
Deplorable.

"£122 customers fee later..."

Advertised free delivery. Bought my clothes.
Then get a £122 customs fee letter for an order just over £200..
The website is all in English with clothes advertised with the pound sign and isn't clear at checkout from my point that the company isn't in the UK or stating there is additional fees. Apparently can't return clothes unless you pay and also apparently I'm responsible for fees. Is a joke and unpleasant experience - wouldn't buy again and am awaiting email responses taking a while. I want a full refund.

"Poor quality"

Poor quality. Ordered pants that look really nice in IG but it just cheap thin material and no pocket at $60. This completely rip off. Will never buy from this company again.

They have great quality clothes. I am so dissapointed at their clothing size. I'm 5'1 110lbs. Nothing out of the ordinary for a petite woman. The grey blazer i bought in XS was sooooo big. It looked like a mens jacket. Shoulders off, sleeves off, length off, arm tightness off. I took it to some tailors to get some grasp on its appearance and they were charging $100+ to make it an "oversized blazer" but one that fits me. They also laughed at how huge this is and kept asking me "you sure this is XS? We do oversized blazers all the time and this must be a joke. When i mentioned it to charcoal clothing, they dismissed it completely and indicated it's their style. Ridiculously huge clothing. I'm recommend NOT buying for any petite woman, especially from the US. Their exorbant return fees are $25 for shipping back. 1/2 the price of their products.

NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!! I have spent hundreds of dollars on this store and I didnt even receive my package. I contacted the customer service and it took them WEEKS to reply. It is not my fault since the name of the person who signed my package isn’t even someone who lives or works in my apartment (property). This is clearly not my fault and CHARCOAL DOES NOT TAKE ANY ACTIONS. I am frustrated in trying to email their customer service to take further actions since they never reply.

Horrible quality, horrible sizing, horrible customer service. You CAN NOT RETURN unless you want to pay an ENORMOUS amount out of your own pocket. I have never ordered from this site before, but decided to try it out. I ordered multiple sizes not knowing what size I am because I have never ordered from them before. Turns out it is not written clearly on their website that the CUSTOMER is RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN RETURNS. I would have never ordered from here if I wouldn’t known that!! I hated every item I received. They’re made so cheap. I’ve reached out to customer service on this issue too and they will not do a single thing to help.

Poor China quality clothes. I got my dress out of the cute packaging and my partner started laughing - ”WHAT IS THAT?”. I didn’t even try the dress on because I knew I’d hate the cheap material it was made of. For $80 i was expecting something a little bit better than Wish stuff. One star for nice packaging.
