"Fake clothes"

Bad clothing. I purchased 3 Haynes halter neck crop tops. The items look nothing like the tops displayed on the website. Maybe I was directed to a fake website because I used Instagram to direct me to Charcoal clothing website.The items look like it was from China - not the Charcoal clothing outlet. The clothing tags are Oscar-ST, not Charcoal clothing tags.

clothes look cute from the website but are of TERRIBLE quality, the material of the clothes feel like rough pieces of paper and are so flimsy they might tear soon... granted they are all made in china but it is not worth the high price.

i would say charcoal clothing carries some similar items to princess polly and other Australian clothing brands but these are all mostly ripoffs in terms of quality.

one of the dresses i bought had a ruched bust but the bottom of the ruching stitch was too low and not even in a straight line and made my bust look weird... and a top i bought in au6 fitted more like an au8-10 that i have to get altered.

would return my entire order if i was from Australia and it was free to do so.

Quality is not what is shown on the website. Cheap fabric in person and the price tag does not match the clothing. Their return policy is terrible, if you live in the US you have to pay to return the clothing items (which you probably will considering the clothing you will receive) and it costs around $60. Also, they don't advertise it anywhere on their website except for in small letters on their return policy page, which is not helpful at all. I was in contact with three different representatives as they would not return my emails regarding a shipping label. They told me that I would have to pay for it myself and that they would look into fixing the problem for future customers which is not helpful. Stick to other Australian brands that have better customer service programs and return policies with better clothing. Not worth your time and money.

Styles are cute but quality is shockingly poor. The website is very misleading in how the clothes look. If you visit their stores in real life, everything is wish quality and prices shouldn't be more than $20 a piece. It is comparable to valley girl. Wouldn't recommend buying from here unless you are getting a good sale.

I haven’t received my order and it’s been almost 3 months. It says however that my order has arrived to my address but i never got the package

I ordered 3 items for the first time for Charcoal Clothing, wasn't sure if it would be good quality due to the price but I'm happy to say i will be buying from them again as all 3 products were exactly as descried/photographed on the website!

It is very poor material you can see through. Easy to wrinkle as its cheap material.
Very disappointed what I have received. Won’t buy anymore.
