Majority of my favourite pieces are from Charcoal, and I have never encountered any problems when ordering from them. I would highly recommend Charcoal for stylish and good quality clothing at a reasonable price. LOVE!

"Extremely poor quality and bad returns policy!"

I bought a dress which was supposed to be white - on the website it was absolutely stark white. But when I received it, it was an off white/cream colour and looked so cheap.
The quality is really bad which was surprising because of the price tag on the items.
And then to return it you have to pay for the return postage and only get a credit note.
They won’t refund something unless it’s faulty. Which apparently doesn’t include colour not matching.
Now I have credit note for a brand I don’t want to buy, might just have to buy accessories not made by the brand so I know I’m not getting extremely poor quality clothing.

I liked the style of most of my clothes, but as mentioned in previous comments. The quality is extremely poor for the price you’re paying for these products. I was extremely shocked when I opened to package to find the quality clothes the same as if I shopped on Shein but with 10x the price tag. It’s honestly ridiculous! If you’re from the US save yourself $66 for the return fee and never shop there again!
