"Terrible customer service"

Was sent the wrong size due to a glitch in their website that added the incorrect size to my order. I informed Charcoal of their website glitch and was blamed for ordering the wrong size when in fact the error was on their end. When I tried to explain this I received no reply even after following up. I'm not one to be fussy, but this is terrible customer service and I won't be purchasing again. Returned the item but had to pay shipping to do so so now I am out of pocket. Do not buy from here, its just not worth the hassle.

I ordered the suki blazer and Alyn corset top, both of which are super cute and accurate to the photo. The shipping was so fast, I got my items within a couple days of placing the order and everything was in great condition. I had a couple of personal questions about the order and the email replies were really quick and so helpful. Would definitely order from here again.

Ho acquistato 2 maglioni di ottima qualità, li adoro. Il problema consiste nel fatto che ho dovuto pagare i dazi doganali di importazione dall'Australia all'Italia. Premetto che il sito avverte chiaramente di questo inconveniente da parte dell'acquirente, vorrei però che si potesse risolvere il problema. Consiglio il sito per gli acquisti, ma se abitate in Italia e non volete pagare il sovrapprezzo allora sconsiglio.

Unfortunately dress did not fit me quite right - baggy around waist whilst short on the leg. Would be great to have it fitted at the back. Too late to send back (missed out the 30 days as I was too slow).

Unfortunately the pictures on the website look much better than in reality. Poor fabric quality and odd shapes mean I will need to return my entire order - very disappointing. And no refund option - credit note only means I am stuck ordering new items in the hope I find something where the image and reality match…

Expensive price tag for poor quality clothing. Not eligible for a refund/store credit as apparently the items are marked under the "sale" category even though nowhere on the description/tab does it inform you of this nor is the item marked down in price to reflect it's on sale.
