They have amazing customer service! I saw an ad for training my pet and followed the steps to purchase a plan. However, when I tried to login to the app, my email address was not showing up as a valid account… I expressed some disappointment in a comment on another ad for training. A representative contacted me within minutes. I provided all my info and proof of purchase and at first, they still couldn’t find my account (email address). They literally went above and beyond to help and in less than 2 hours, the representative messaged me saying there was a glitch, and my email address was entered incorrectly. They found my account and provided the email address that was entered incorrectly, and I was able to login to start my plan. The representative even went above and beyond by correcting my email address! I only started the training plan today but so far, it’s working. If the training plan is as good as their customer service – they are unbeatable!
