"What the hell...."

What the hell..... charged for an apparently free trial.
The app is ok, the information provided is waffling and more akin to dealing with a child. No wonder the keep offering massive percentage off.
Yet again another subscription for what should be a one off fee that the sign up leads you into believing.
Message sent to customer services for cancellation.
Update - the subscription is not obvious and vague at the least. I've managed to find the subscription cancellation which is not in any obvious place. Full refund or stop pending payment is all I want.

"This is a scam"

This is a scam. I paid £5.52 upfront supposedly for a week’s training tips, then when I went into the app it was “3 days free trial, then £11.99 for a week. So I paid £5.52 for nothing-not much money to lose but a dishonest scam.

"Awful "

Updated to say I’ve now cancelled but this is misleading and the sign up and ongoing managing should be more transparent . I feel tricked Awful, wanted to try for 4 weeks and didn’t want to share my email so used hide email option. It now won’t let me login. I want to cancel but to cancel I have to login? No emails sent to me to confirm /cancel. Can’t even access the info that payment has been taken for. Unclear signup and now I’ve looked at these reviews to find out how to cancel it it looks like it’s been deliberately misleading and difficult to cancel. DO NOT SIGN up

"Read the small print!"

Updated to reflect that I have now been reimbursed. Like others, I was charged for a subscription I didn't want. I was initially refused a refund. They believe they are clear about the ongoing costs but the auto-renewal warning is in very small print at the bottom of the purchase screen. It is there but surely make it bigger? Alongside the trial prices? Or have a pop up before payment is taken to warn of the agreementyou are entering into?

I purchased a 7-day trial which I didn't use so would have had no plans to subscribe further. I tried to cancel the day I realised £30.77 had been taken but they refused to refund then so essentially at that point I had been charged for 5 weeks of a service that I would not use. They wouldn't me opt out because it's not in their terms and conditions. However, after a lot of back and forth I finally received a refund.

They don't send confirmation emails of what you have purchased as is standard when buying anything online. Some details about the subscription would have been useful and I would have cancelled then but I was caught completely unaware as I didn't recall seeing any mention of the renewal cost.

Other companies send reminder emails when a subscription is about to start so you have the option to opt out. But at least they have acknowledged that this is something they can improve on.

I have had many subscriptions in the past but have never been caught out like this before. I do still believe there could be a lot more transparency on their part.

Can't really comment on the service itself as I didn't use it enough but to anyone who wishes to, just be mindful of the costs before proceeding.

Lesson learnt for me. By all means give it a try but remember to cancel if it's not for you.

"Initially disappointed but now hopefully rectified.…"

Initially disappointed in this company I was offered a free trial via Instagram and then it was automatic renewal unless the auto renewal box was unticked, which you don’t see unless signed in to an account.
The money was taken seemingly without my consent. Be very careful if you are thinking of signing up via Instagram. It was not in my subscriptions on Apple so I didn’t think it would be taken. It’s not really a trial more a sign up.
Half of the info my dog already knew and I expected more, maybe it would have worked if I’d signed up earlier, she is now 7 months old. Initially no customer service or support at all.

Addendum - Julia has been very helpful and initiated a refund. This was purchased via Instagram therefore did not show on my Apple subscriptions, but I do still feel I should have had prior warning. But very grateful in this instance for great customer service.

"Customer experience exist?"

If I could give a negative reading, I absolutely would. I’ve been trying to cancel this service for months and I don’t get any responses. I am now working through my credit card company and that’s difficult too whenever you do a subscription service. Beware! I wouldn’t do business with this merchant.
