NOT WORTH IT. Trash app. Paid $6.99 and I legit thought that was it, but then I was charged $39.99 a week later for the next month? They state it is now canceled. We shall see. No refunds, so choose wisely. All the dog training info is available free online.

"I cancelled the renewal in 6 months…"

I cancelled the renewal in 6 months time (September onwards) after happily signing up for the program just late last week @ $49.99 for THIS 6 months (feb to Aug). I don’t want the extra 6 months from September on but was enjoying the use of the app and the 6 months that I purchased.

However Gismart cancelled the ability to get into the app and use my first 6 months or restore purchase and are not responding with emails to customer service.
I only wanted to cancel the renewal. So I can’t even use the 6 months that I purchased!!!


Update: it was an absolute nightmare to contact customer service. They really need to work on that but ultimately I managed to get the app working again after contact from an agent…. Eventually.

Ik heb de app geinstalleerd met een betaling voor een trial-week. Abonnement is stopgezet per 2 nov 2023 en ze houden nog steeds geld in! Ik heb inmiddels al 5 mails gestuurd aan de klantenservice die GEEN antwoord stuurt of contact zoekt.
Het zijn absolute boeven die bewust misbruik maken van de mensen.
Via de rabobank geprobeerd te blokkeren maar dit lukt niet. Betalingsmanier op de iphone willen verwijderen maar dat kan niet omdat er een lopend abonnement opstaat (wat dus NIET ZO IS) Abonnement staat ook op verlopen dus wordt steeds gekker.
Daarnaast apple pay van mn telefoon, applewatch en ipad gehaald. Nieuwe bankpas aangevraagd en nieuwe apple ID.

Trap er niet in! De app lijkt zo onwijs leuk maar het zijn oplichters.
Ik hoop dat ik het nu opgelost heb maar niemand kan me dit met 100% zekerheid zeggen (rabobank/apple suport)

Hopenlijk ben ik er vanaf. ik heb testemming gegeven voor de week trial maar inmiddels al 4 inhoudingen gedaan waarvan elke maand 40 dollar!!! Heb al 130 euro betaald voor een abonnement wat op inactief staat.

I installed the app with a payment for a trial week. Subscription has been discontinued as of Nov 2, 2023 and they are still withholding money! I have now sent 5 mails to customer service who send NO reply or contact. They are absolute crooks who deliberately abuse people.
Tried to block via rabobank but this is not successful. Wanted to remove payment method on the iphone but can't because it has a current subscription (which is NOT SO) Subscription is also set to expire so is getting crazier and crazier.
Also removed apple pay from my phone, applewatch and ipad. Applied for new bank card and new apple ID.

Don't fall for it! The app seems so incredibly nice but they are scammers.
I hope I have it fixed now but no one can tell me with 100% certainty (rabobank/apple suport)

Hopefully I am rid of it. I gave tostemming for the week trial but by now I have already made 4 deductions including $40 every month!!!! Already paid 130 Euro for a subscription which is on inactive.

Which I’d of came here first before signing up! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Signed up for the weeks trail and they’ve just taken £39.99 out my account. No where in their T&C’s does it say it’s a rolling subscription. You are led to believe you are just paying for the week trail before they strike with a £39.99 charge out of the blew. I’ve studied their T&C’s and it states NOTHING about this! Stay away or contact banks if they already have your card details!

I found this app cumbersome and did not enjoy using it. I thought I was trying for a week only but got charged for a months subscription that I did not want or afford. Customer service refused to refund me. It was not clear to me that I was signing up for a subscription instead of paying for one week only. There was no email confirmation or warning that I was going to be charged. I strongly do not recommend this app. Buyer beware!

So clearly the way this company makes their money is that they have no intention of letting you cancel your membership on your own. They want you to cancel thru an email opposed to you clicking a button on their app to cancel- sounds intentional to me. Then when you finally figure out that you can't cancel on the app after searching high and low and they have taken your money, they refuse to refund you. They want to agree to give you 30% then 40% of your $39.99. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!. My prediction is that this company won't even last a full year with the shenanigans they are pulling. I hope the money you are stealing from people pays for the deceiving app you bought to steal people's money. I told you I would post a bad review to warn others about your trickery every place your business is for posting reviews and I will. Thieves!!!!! On to the next website to warn hardworking people to safeguard their money from you.
SN it may be a good app for people that can use it, but if someone tells you it doesn't work for them, just refund their money and stop tricking people out of their money. Ur business will not be active as long as it could be if you were an honest company- PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVING PEOPLE THAT ARE HARD UP FOR A DOLLAR!!!!
