The cancellation process is impossible and it’s impossible to reach anyone regarding the issue.
**EDIT TO ADD** I can’t reply to their response but I did check my Apple ID and the WOOFZ was NOT showing up active subscription or showing under inactive. I did in fact check the app also as well as the webpage. You cannot chat with with a customer service agent in the app, it wanted me to pay $4.99 to do so at one point and you cannot login from the webpage.

"Modern way to steal your money"
I was trying to cancel my subscription before the renewal, it was impossible to do it through the app nor through the web, so i contacted them and apparently my account was with on mail and my payment with a different one. Before the payment they said its all cancel and after they charged me for 6 months. I commented my case and they said they estudied my case and they can offer a 25% of discount and asking me what i think about it. I wrote them to say what I think and basically after that they just close the conversation without reaching to a point between both sides.

Scam. They’ve still charged me £59.99 after I cancelled my subscription. I’ve sent multiple emails asking HOW to cancel, since I already did it on the app. Says I have no subscription yet I’ve still been charged??? Explain that.

Here I join the long list of 1star reviews. I signed up for 3 months, paid upfront, which I didn’t realise was leading to a direct debit. I have been unable to use the app because every time I opened it, it asked me to sign up and pay. I sought help from customer support which did not help. Now suddenly, with no warning, they have taken nearly £50!!
I pay pennies to Apple each month for Cloud storage, but they always have the courtesy to advise me when they are going to take the money!!
This direct debit is to a “gaming” company in the states which I have never heard of called Gismart.
The spirit of their emails is now basically “tough luck, your loss is our gain and sucks boo, we’re not giving you your money back.
Do not sign up to these people.

Do not use this app! It is a scam. They trick you into a costly monthly subscription when you sign up for the cheap weekly trial. I cancelled it as soon as I realised the high costs and then two months later they charged me again.

This company is a scam. They charged me the annual subscription amount on a monthly basis and now claim they can’t refund it. Additionally, the app is terrible and frequently freezes. I strongly recommend finding another app. I demand an immediate refund for the incorrect charges.

"Easy to cancel subscription"
It was very easy to cancel my subscription! I purchased it online and sent a request to cancel, I got a quick response and the process was very easy. I cancelled because I wasn’t using the app at the moment but I will definitely subscribe again when I can use it more often.
