You sign up to the trial and then cannot cancel! They will keep charging your card despite contacting them several times to cancel they will ignore you. There is no way to cancel the trial. SCAM ALERT!!! BEWARE!!!

This is the MOST HORRIFIC experience I have ever had. I signed up on the website. I am NOT able to log in. I am not able to use the app. I am NOT able to cancel my subscription. Woofz keep on deducting money off my bank account. I am NOT getting help from the support email. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBE

I thought their training sounded good from Facebook ad. First Error. I signed up for one month (2nd error) - using PayPal. TO MY SHOCK - the charge they put through was double the amount AND was in USD. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund. I didn’t even register an account or access ANY of their services. My refund request was within - I am guessing - 30 minutes of PayPal processing the payment. You have to watch out for these people VERY CAREFULLY. They had also set up recurring payments in the high amount. Thankfully I thought about that and shut that down.
I wrote them and explained-and wrote and wrote and wrote. But they OFFICIOUSLY crossed their arms - shook their heads and said NO REFUNDS. EVER. PERIOD. THAT was what they call “customer service”. I call it EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS ETHICS. Actually, I don’t think they know what “Ethics” are!! BEWARE.
