"A subscription I didn't ask for"

I bought a 7 day plan for a fee but have now been charged £32 for a subscription I didn't ask for nor was I notified about. There is no option in the my account section of the app to cancel, and there is no "my account" section onthe website to be able to cancel. This is essentially theft.

What a horrible company.
I signed up for the free trial. Absolutely hated the app, didn't last two days with it. Won't go into why, because that wasn't the problem. I followed THEIR instructions on how to cancel, and before I even got my CC statement, I had been hit with THREE $10 per week renewals, all AFTER I had canceled.
Perhaps I misunderstood but I thought it would be $10 per MONTH anyway, and never would have signed up for a $10 per week ripoff.
Absolutely terrible. Not one thing good to say about this app.
EDIT: I did successfully get a refund by filing a report with my credit card, but that should not have been necessary.

If there was a 0 star option I would have picked it. Was signed up for a subscription without my permission. Will be getting in touch with the bank about this.

I thought this would be good for our new puppy. I signed up for 7 days and canceled. I was still charged $9.99 and 19.99. Supposed to get a partial refund. Well see. They told me I could still use what I paid for but can't get into the app. FREE should be FREE

This is a scam, they charge you without your consent, no email no membership area, nothing, only a rely on a contact area only, don’t mess with this scammers, spare your money

I paid for an anual subscription in December. I received the charge for two payments for which I didn’t get refund and I cancelled my subscription through Apple. However, my subscription is still running until the 17th of December 2024. On the 16th of March, I am charged another payment of 57 euros for a service that I have already paid and they say it’s a subscription made from another server. How can I be charged in the same account twice for the same product? This is really disappointing. The customer service keeps sending the same email and no one helps. DON’T PAY THEM ANYTHING!

I'm quite disappointed with how this site works. I got scammed. I wanted to try their app which looked good for training dogs. so I took a package which was on sale for 7 days for 7 euros. unfortunately after these 7 days, they directly charged me 39.99 without asking me anything. I contacted them to tell them that this was not what I wanted, that I no longer wanted to use their application and wanted a refund. They told me that it was not possible. no refund, which supposedly they clearly put in their conditions of sale. what is wrong. I didn't get any receive. That's how they make their money. a low-cost promotion to "bait" people and then charge them 39.99 without anyone knowing. it's really shameful

Bezahlt habe ich, konnte die App überhaupt nicht nutzen. Laut App sollte ich noch Mal für den gleichen Monat bezahlen. Außerdem haben sie mir noch einen dubiosen Upsell aufgeschwatzt, dabei dachte ich es wäre die Bestätigung für den Monatsbeitrag. Nachdem ich 5 Mal reklamiert habe, dass ich die App nicht nutzen kann, obwohl ich bezahlt habe, kam das Angebot vom Service, dass sie mir den Preis um 50% reduzieren. Was bringt mir das, wenn ich die App nicht benutzen kann. Nie wieder!

Week commencing 19th February 2024, I paid just under £25 (dollar purchase converted at the point of transaction into sterling) to but a 3 month Woofz training plan.
In addition to the 3 month purchase confirmation, I subsequently received details re a further charge for an automated/ongoing renewal. I cancelled the auto renewal as I had not authorised this second payment.
I had authorised the first payment which should have given me access to a 3 month training plan, but, when I tried to access the training it proved very difficult and challenging…
I contacted Woofz to advise re my access difficulty and they sent me an email with another link/revised instructions. Unfortunately, each time I attempted to access the new link that Woofz provided it kept taking me to a payment page. I contacted Woofz again and was sent another link with further access instructions, this link allowed me to access the training. I was able to perform levels 1 & 2 of the training, but, then continued to experience ongoing problems with the app/accessing when trying to progress further modules.
I have now given up on the app it is not very user friendly and clearly has lots of glitches. Disappointingly, I’ve reached the conclusion that I have no alternative but to mark my Woofz purchase down to a costly and very poor customer experience.
I wish I’d looked at Trustpilot before I paid for the three month plan as I can now see that many other purchasers have also had similar issues to myself - both in terms of unauthorised subscription renewal and in relation to experiencing problems with the training application itself.
