"This app is difficult to cancel"

This app is difficult to cancel. I thought I canceled it the same day I signed up but the charges kept coming. It shows up on your credit card statement as London App. Which is very misleading. Do not trust these people. Very dishonest.

"Do not recommend this service to…"

Do not recommend this service to anyone. Used the app maybe twice and decided it wasn’t for us. Went to the website and submitted a ‘contact us’ form requesting to cancel subscription (there was NO clear option to cancel/manage subscription through the site/app) Received a confirmation email that request was received. I was charged two months after that request was received and now I’m getting rude responses … pretty much SOL. I have been asking for a customer service number to follow up, never received one.

"Worst experience with any app to date"

My name is Silvia and i am a very frustrated customer,,, i dont understand how one can cancel a subscription and get charged two months in a row, having used it only for 2 days.
I have tried cancelling the subscription but i cannot seem to find anywhere it says i am subscribed and i have also tried doing that through the links sent in from Woofz customer service and according to Apple if i cant find it under my subscriptions then i should cancel it through the billing reciepts i recieve after payment has been taken from my card which is very confusing as i cannot seem to find any email from Woofz company on any payment. I am unable yo access the app as well for some reason, maybe because i am in Denmark?
I personally think that is stealing from the customers as cancelling a subscription should not be that hard for anyone in a risk of losing his/her money. Its is very wrong and unjust to make unknowing costomers pay for something one is not using.
I request an immediate cancellation of my subscription and atleast refund for a months.

"Misleading Subscription Practices: Proceed with Caution"

While I appreciate your explanation, I find it concerning that the subscription I apparently purchased from your website was not clearly outlined during the installation process via Google Play Store. As a user, I expect transparency and clarity regarding any subscription services, especially when they involve recurring payments.

Furthermore, the fact that I was redirected to your website -which graphical interface purposely made to look as would be within your application, - to make the purchase, without any prior indication or explicit consent, raises further questions about the user experience and billing practices of Woofz Academy.

I urge you to reconsider the method by which subscriptions are offered and purchased, as it appears to be unnecessarily convoluted and potentially misleading for users. Additionally, I kindly request that you provide further clarification on the discrepancy between the subscription purchased on your website and its absence from my Google Play account.
This app is set up to trick you into a rolling subscription at a substantially higher rate than you sign up for. You will get no notice of the renewal or the price hike and the terms are not laid out clearly ahead of time.
Customer service very passive aggressively insist that enough notice is given in the fine print on the final payments screen but by reading the below reviews you’ll see that this is trend and clearly their strategy behind the brand. It’s an absolute shame because the app isn’t bad, but nobody needs it for more than a few weeks and it is outrageously priced, with very shady tactics to extract people’s money.
I expect them to comment similarly on this and refute the claim as they have before, but they seem to have no interest in changing their business model, they are in the business of taking advantage of people.
Do not recommend in the slightest.

*** Upon receiving the refund and subscription cancellation after effective communication with the support team, I have decided to add an additional star for their promptness and clarity in resolving the issue.

However, I believe there are necessary improvements to the user experience:

1. It would be beneficial for the website to clearly differentiate the interface from the app.
2. Additionally, a login and sign-up menu for users should be included.
3. Furthermore, a distinct menu for managing subscriptions, including the option to cancel them, should be provided.
4. The subscription process should explicitly state the amount and duration.

Appreciating the efforts made thus far, I am confident that implementing these improvements will provide a more pleasant and transparent experience for all users. I eagerly await the implementation of these changes in the near future. I will gladly update my review to a 5-star rating upon seeing these changes.

"Woofz es una app fraudulenta"

Es una app fraudulenta. Pagué un plan de 14 días en diciembre 2023 y resulta que a partir de marzo 2024 me empezaron a cobrar una mensualidad de mil pesos mexicanos que no autoricé. La app y el sitio web no tienen una opción para darse de baja y siempre te responden que vayas a la playstore a cancelar la suscripción pero es mentira, no hay suscripción activa en la playstore y aún así te hacen los cargos a tu tarjeta. Malditas ratas estafadoras.

"Terrible"

Terrible. Signed up for a 10 day plan at reduced price. Had problems from day 1. Can't get in touch with anyone except a bot who doesn't understand. When I click into app it brings me into subscription page looking for me to pay more for another plan. When I get into my logged in details it wont allow me to view any details keeps bringing me to subscription page. Dreadful

"This company has the worst customer…"

This company has the worst customer service. It tells you how to cancel your subscription and it doesn’t work and they still charge you and they won’t give you your money back. I do NOT recommend them at all. The app had way too much going on and too much to do to be running after a new puppy. No one has time to be doing all this and entering all the info required for the app. Not worth it. Will be doing a BBB complaint as well since they will not refund me. I only had the app for 2 days. Paid the $8. I should not be charged the full amount when I cancelled it and deleted the app 2 days later.

"Nicht brauchbar - kein deutsch"

Die Anleitungen werden teils in Englisch angeboten. Eine Einstellungsmöglichkeit gibt es nicht. Es wird keine Kontaktmöglichkeit geboten. Auch ohne Nutzung, der erste Betrag bleibt eine Fehlinvestition. Es wird auch vorher nicht dargestellt, dass Englischkenntnisse notwendig sind. Es gibt noch einige Menschen, die dies nicht verstehen.
