Had to give it 1 star to write a review. Do not use this company it is fraudulent. Signed up to the app not realising that every 3 months I was going to be automatically fleeced of £50.
Purchased app as a backup plan after purchasing a new puppy.
Never used it as things were going fine with the dog without the app.
Checked bank statement 3 months down the line to find £50 had been taken out of my account.
Logged onto the app and it would not load. Uninstalled and reinstalled it several times to no avail.
Contacted support to explain the situation which resulted in a response telling me to uninstall and reinstall.
Unable to load app to cancel my account.
3 months later a further £50 is taken from my account.
Contacted Woofz and was told to show proof of the debits from my account. Sent attachments of all transactions.
Now although I have emailed them twice I have had no reply.
As if by magic the app is now up and running since I sent the transaction details.
Dog doesn't need training, I managed that without the non function app.
Support is ignoring any email I send.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE APP. IT IS A TOTAL RIP OFF WITH NON FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT.
ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE COMPLETELY IGNORED.

Signed up for a trial period. Tried to use it a few times but didn’t like it. Before deleting the app I tried to see if I had a subscription that needed to be cancelled but they don’t make it easy! There is no straight forward way to check. I couldn’t find anything via the app and no emails confirming my purchase or “subscription” so thought I must’ve just purchased as a once off. Nope. Just got charged another $59.99USD. When I’ve contacted them, just got told “there is a detailed description of this on the purchase screen” Well how about a reminder email or even a confirmation email when you purchase detailing how you can cancel said subscription! Really disappointed. Do not bother with this app! Total waste of money. And you’ll have hell trying to cancel. If it was a legitimate program, they wouldn’t make it so hard to find your subscription or to cancel. They just want your money and the app is useless.

Dont waste your time or money, they rip you off. PLZ GO YOUTUBE IS THE BEST!! wish I did this instead of wasting $90.
YouTube is endless, awesome and 100% better I guarantee specific to your breed and needs for toilet training, recall, sit, excessive barking, howling, guard dog etc etc. Plz don't get this app, they stole my money, they said I can get training, they denied me asking for more money so I did, 3 times then nothing. They gave me an offer for a 25% discount on advanced training to further my request,

I'm not a negative person but I told Woofz I need my money back, I didnt get what I paid for, no! I did a survey which identified this and paid $6.99 for basic, got charged $33, no toilet training unless I paid more so I did, all up $90, they refused my toilet training unless I paid more money, I refused and caused a fuss for full refund. They said no, it's in subscription so I deleted app in fear they would take more money, gave me 6 basic training, except toilet. They kindly cancelled my sub so no more charges.

SHOCKING LOT , I SIGNED UP AND PAID THE REQUIRED £6.99 FOR A SMALL TRIAL AND WAS THEN TAKEN THROUGH A MAIZE OF REPEAT QUESTIONS GETTING MORE AND MORE UNEASY , THEN THROUGH APPS AND MORE QUESTIONS THEN THEY WANTED BIGGER PAYMENTS .....WHEN I WAS EXPECTINGTO GET THE INFO ....AND MORE DEMANDS FOR MORE MONEY TO CHOOSE WHICH COURSE .I WANTED TO CONTINUE WITH 😳..what happened to the one i had just paid for 🤨 THEN I CHECKED MY MAIL THEY HAD ALREADY SENT A RECIEPT FOR THE FIRST PAYMENT FOR THE INITIAL £6.99 and THEN 😳 a further £9.99 FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT ??? Utterly appalling. I tried the app, disliked it, ignored the ensuing junk mail, then they somehow managed to debit me £31.14 without my agreement. I spent an hour trying various ways to cancel the subscription, eventually succeeded, and am now attempting to extract a refund. No agents available at this time. Find other ways to train your dog. AVOID WOOFZ.

Absolute scam, Woofz is lying when they say your subscription is handled through apple/google, I have no subscription on my apple App Store or anywhere on my apple account, you cannot cancel through the app or their website, they are absolute scam artists, I will get a nice reply now saying they thank you for the review, please check our policies and cancel through apple/google blah blah blah, I have already emailed you a**holes and tried to chat over your support line in the app, told support will be available in 3 hrs and that was 8 hrs ago. I want this auto renewal crap cancelled and all my details removed from your system

"Questionable business practices for dog training program"

I tried to cancel my trial subscription, but they put me on an automatic renewal. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I am working with my credit card company to prevent further charges. There are may reviews with the same issue. I think that they are a scam and I will report them to all regulatory agencies in hope of preventing other victims of this online crime.
It is interesting that I finally got an email reply to cancel my subscription after I submitted a review on Trustpilot. They noted that they had never received any of my previous emails. They refused any refund since it was against their policy. I asked for a refund one day after they automatically renewed it without any warning that it would be automatically renewed.
I am just glad to be cancelled by them.
