NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THEY CHARGED ME 39.99 AND NOW I CAN GET INTO THE WEB SITE TO CANCEL. HOW CONVENIENT. I AM REPORTING THE APP AND THE COMPANY
I WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED ASAP

I signed up for what I thought was a 30 plan - not a subscription. Then once in the app there is nowhere to review your account info. After my 30 days expired, they charge me double for the next 30 days. I tried to message them in the app explaining my problem and desire to cancle and after I sent two message with the bot, it wanted me to pay $5 more dollars to continue the conversation. In the end I had to call me CC company and dispute the charge and cancle my credit card to ensure they could not get any more $$ from me. This is exactly why I rarely pay for apps, because the are so often sketchy like this.

Le site propose un onglet pour choisir la langue mais ils ne traduisent que les titres et pas le contenu des leçons qui restent en anglais. C'est de l'arnaque pour le prix. Et pas de possibilité de contacter le service client. Bref à eviter

Run! Don't walk! This company is obviously a scam. I signed up on my computer and assumed (stupid me) that the app would connect. OH NO! You can't use the app if you sign up on a desktop. Trying to reach someone is impossible. I'm going to ask my credit card stop any payments from this company! FRAUD!

They are continuing to charge me $59.99 every 3 months. The first charge was a surprise and they told me they canceled it so it wouldn't happen again. 3 months later they took another $59.99. I have emailed multiple times with no reply and also tried using their chat bot on their website. Avoid getting involved with this app. It's more stress than it's worth. I'll be calling my bank to report fraud since the last withdrawal was not authorized.

Habe mein Probeabo vor Ablauf der Frist gekündigt. Diesen Monat wurden mir 59 € vom Konto abgebucht, nirgendswo ist dieses Abo aufgeführt, wie bei Apple noch sonst wo. Kann noch nicht mal kündigen, absoluter Betrug

I wish I could put 1 star.. I signed up for 7 day trial. And once I got into my account the ONLY THING I wanted access for which was to chat with a specialist was going to cost me an additional amount-!!! I mean seriously.! And when I requested a refund I was told it was non-refundable. Well if u have fraudulent business actions it should be refundable. You say access to the site & that is a lie since I’m not able to chat with specialist which is what is advertised all over your website. And some guys keeps emailing in a feeble attempt to just drag this out even more. I want my $6.99 & it’s about the principle of this situation.!!!! I DID NOT GET ACCESS TO CHATTING WITH A SPECIALIST & I feel like i deserve my money back. . I’m now gonna file with the BBB / FTC / State of Colorado & I will file a negative review on EVERY SITE I CAN FIND ONCE A DAY & EVERY DAY THEREAFTER UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK. So don’t bother responding with some nonsense cuz I’m not interested unless it’s about returning the small amount of $6.99… but I’m sure that adds up for your company if just a few hundred unsuspecting ppl pay $6.99 & you don’t return it when there are clearly unhappy ppl.. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY

This is the biggest scam ! Absolutely diabolical. DO NOT PURCHASE !
Firstly it say 7 day trial. Only thing is, it’s impossible to cancel so they’ll keep fleecing your money til you get the banks to stop it !
When you contact their helpdesk you get a response in Spanish. Fortunately I speak Spanish
Then if you persevere you get a link to an article telling you how to cancel, only problem is you can’t, it won’t let you log in to cancel your account from the link. And if you open your own account there is no subscription tab to cancel.
Contact the support and I wish I could screenshot ! Wow. Dog training too. FAKE site ! I’ve let westpac know

"SCAM!"

I did I subscription in their website that said it costed R$10,00 on July 20th and it actually charged R$28,82, and after a week they charged me R$234,84 and when I talked to them they said they cancelled my subscription, but now (august 1st) they tried to charge me AGAIN!
I demand a refund but now they don’t reply to my messages! I don’t see another option but to sue them now.
