After the free trial I got charged 18 eur, the next month 36 and the following one 37 even though I blocked the payment after the first time! I don't understand why they would charge double the price for no reason or no explanation.
The app is not that good, it is very tricky to find the login to cancel the subscription as well. Stay away from it and get yourself a proper trainer.

I immediately realized I didn't like the app so I canceled it. I paid for the trial. July 18 th you took 39.99. I CANCELED IT! You have just taken out another 39.99 from my CC. I expect you to give me back my money I didn't authorize that payment. I have kept the mail showing I canceled. I've sent it to you.

This app offers a fresh, innovative approach to dog training. I have not thought that it would be possible to train my dog with an app. Really impressive.

Please do not get this app because you will end up being scammed. I signed up (and paid) for a week by week subscription which I was happy to pay for so I could trial the app. App isn't that great and the 'training' advice they give can be found on youtube/google for free. I've now had $60 AUD taken out of my account for a months subscription? I've reached out to customer care and they have advised they cannot give a refund due to their terms and conditions which supposedly states that this charge was to be expected. I've looked at their terms and conditions which says
"The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the end of each subscription period (each week, month, 6 months, year or other, depending on the option selected by you at time of purchase).
I selected a week by week plan and have somehow paid this company $70 in one week?
It's so sad that this is the world we live in where people are so happy to scam and rob others.
I hope this review prevents anyone else from falling into their trap because they know exactly what they're doing, hence the "no refund policy".

J’ai essayé la semaine d’essai à faible coût. Le renouvellement de 39,99$ USD se fait automatiquement et il est très difficile de trouver comment annuler l’abonnement. Impossible d’effectuer la gestion du compte sur l’application et l’adresse fournie pour le faire sur la facture reçue après le renouvellement automatique ne fonctionne pas. Après avoir contacté leur service, ils ne veulent pas me rembourser. Les conseils sont vraiment basiques et cela ne vaut pas du tout les frais perçus.

Terrible app. I paid for a 1 week trial and then it auto renewed without my consent for 1 month for $39.99.

They keep writing in responses that they clearly display this point which they actually don’t. I want my full refund. I’m still looking for a way to cancel the subscription. They’re making it super hard to do so. Total scam unfortunately.
