"Great app"

Great app, but be mindful of the subscription! Woofz is a fantastic toolfor dog training, but it' s important to read the terms carefully before subscribing. I purchased Woofz on their website and be mindful - deleting the app won' t cancel your subscription. I found it easy to cancelafter I reached my goals by contacting their support team.

Sign up to an unknown monthly subscription, paid £5 for what I thought was a good idea at the time, little did I know I’d be charged £31 the next week and then each month, now they’ve taken £100 out my bank and I didn’t use the app once… app itself is terrible that’s why I stopped using it in the first place. So £100 gone for literally nothing.

Complete scam. I signed up for the 7 day trial and there was no way to cancel the subscription. I emailed two months in a row after being charged $39.99 that I never wanted in the first place, and i'm being told it's non-refundable. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Woofz has been a lifesaver for training Cloud! I was struggling to train my dog anything by myself as I live remote location. The app provides all the information and resources we need at our own pace, and the offline mode is a fantastic bonus.

" Subscription fineprint"

Beware of the subscription fineprint. When you sign up for the initial 7 days it just autimatically renews on a monthly basis and the app does not show under apple subscriptions. You have to log in to their website to go and cancel the subscription. I unsubscribed in August just foe another payment to be subtracted from my account in September. I now paid R1600 for an app which I have not used at all.

My perception is that this is a money making scheme deliberately renewing just to keep the customer paying.

Professionally designed and user-friendly! Its clear that Woofz was created by experts who truely care about dogs. The app is well-organised and easy to navigate. Plus, it supports many languages.

Nice to have app for dog training! Woofz was helped me teach my dog Milo new tricks quickly and easily. The positive reinforcement techniques are gentle and effective.

Woofz's training methods are both effective and humane. Within just a few weeks, Bella stopped pulling on the leash during walks, and she's much more responsive to commands. We couldn't be happier with her progress!

I signed up for the free trial to determine if the service was worthwhile. I cancelled the subscription before the end of the trial date and was charged the $39.99 fee because I didn’t cancel directly through the website. The company is misleading, fraudulent and the customer service completely useless. Definitely don’t trap yourself with their lackluster support and poor services. Go elsewhere.
