"Be careful when signing up for this"
Be careful when signing up for this. I didn’t realize it is 39.99 a month after the initial 19.99. They refuse to give me a refund. I thought it was a one time charge for the app. My fault for not reading it better but you would think they would refund me since I am not even using it.

Training my Corgi, Cooper has never been easier. The well-being module is really helpful, especially for tracking his diet and vet visits. I also appreciate the Family Account feature - now everyone in the house can stay consistent with his training. Woofz is really user-friendly and effective. Definitely a 5-star experience!

"I feel deceived "
My short experience with this app has been super frustrating. I see now I’m not the only one. About a week ago I purchased a 6,99 USD 7-day training plan. Turned out that I somehow, without intending or agreeing to, purchased a 9,99 USD pdf file (not useful for me and in my opinion not engaging). So I think it must have been a mistake and reach out to the support. I am told that I did purchase both products. I answered that I in fact did not, or at least did not intend to. Support associate explained that, they could not refund the 9,99, since the product (the pdf file) was already sent and they can offer a one-month access to the app as a compensation. At this point I feel deceived, and don’t even want to try the app so I did not answer, thinking I’d just be done with that. Alas. Yesterday I am again charged, this this time 39,99 USD and I did not even open the app, certainly didn’t buy anything. I again reach out to make sure the sum was refunded, I was not further charged, and unsubscribe in case I have somehow magically without meaning to subscribed to their app. I have no answer. I certainly feel deceived, appalled and angry. This is not a fair customer treatment, will not bring stable revenue, but only gain distrust. Transparency is so obviously NOT a core value, since so many people failed to notice what they subscribe to. Don't get scammed!

"The Best Dog Training App I've Tried!"
Woofz has truly been a lifesaver with my Green Shepherd, Zeus. He's a big boy and needs a lot of discipline, and woofz's structured courses have been perfect. I love AI assistant - it gives me immediate solutions when Zeus acts up! I've tried a few other apps, but this one is hands down the best. Strongly recommend!

I have been proven wrong i was contacted via email and have been fully refunded which i did not expect but happy with refund.I wish i had read these reviews before i signed up on the trial .The £32 was taken out on the 5th day no refunds my advice is stay clear its a complete scam. I know they will come back with some crap apologies. Pure scam

"Good App but Room for Improvement "
I've been using Woofz for my dog Milo for a few weeks now. The lessons are well-organized, and the video tutorials make everything so clear. However, I had some issues setting up the Family Account feature, which was a little frustrating. Aside from that, it's a great app for dog training and definitely worth the download.

"I downloaded the app"
I downloaded the app, I had similar issues and wasn't able to get past the first command. Since the I also am unable to log into an account which I have supposedly created.
I also contacted the support which was not great and told me to follow the link to creat an account. I paid for a video call with an expert although I was then sent and email confirming the call payment of $5 but I never noticed the signed me up for a free trial.
I was then charged $199 dollars, and reading the receipt on that one it said to be taken monthly.
I know believe I have been scammed, as there is no way that those services cost that amount. I have raised it with my bank as a scam.
These people are scammers and thieves. I'll await my automated reply about my subscription cancellation and refund.

Woofz gave me a refund of one month and promised another month refund if I reverse my review on Trust Pilot.
Although I did not ask for this monthly subscription they have refused to repay me for a service that I did not ask for or use.
I believe this company has scammed me.
