"THIS APP IS A SCAM!"

THIS APP IS A SCAM!! This app won’t let you cancel your subscription and is giving false information when asking for help. At first I was asked to cancel through Apple (which I already did) and then I was told I have to cancel through their website but when I clicked the link they emailed me it wouldn’t load!! This is a complete joke for a training app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

"Terrible"

Terrible. I got a 7 day plan and then all of a sudden £31.59 is taken from my bank. And after googling to find where settings are in app I see I am ‘signed up’ to a subscription I had no idea about. I when back to site, used a different email to see if I missed something and there is zero mention of auto renewing or a subscription sign up after selecting and going ahead with plan section at top of page which then takes you to the payment section. I had to scroll down past a further 6 sections to the very bottom of the page to see in tiny white writing about the e auto renewal. This is unacceptable. It is not transparent at all and basically stealing. How can this be within FSA regulations?? Terrible
