Terrible company!
I bought a subscription in August to try out. I did not find it useful, hence stopped using it. Since October early, I have been attempting to end my subscription - first through Web Profile (this never works) and then directly through Woofz Support. I even managed to receive a response from someone named 'Julia' who provided an email with some links and asked me to submit bank statements etc. This happened on 17/10 and since then I have asked Woofz several times to confirm that the subscription has ended. To my utter dismay today morning (30/10) I found they have deducted another round of subscription.
The level of carelessness is unacceptable from a company which is charging a fairly high premium. I am going to raise this issue on UK consumer forum to initiate an enquiry as I can see there are many more people who have been subject to this form of problems.

Woofz has been great for the Basics with my puppy,but now that he's older, we're looking for more challenging exercises. Still,it’s been a fantastic starting point, especially with its positive reinforcement techniques. A bit more advanced content would make this a 5-star app.

If I could give minus stars I would!! I didn’t even realize that I was subscribing when web surfing. Next thing I know money out my account. Checked my Apple ID subscriptions; none there! Tried logging into woofz website account; it doesn’t have record of my email!! So how did it get my details??? Try to contact woofz; no telephone contact; go figure!!! Have sent an email to their support demanding that they cancel the subscription and if any further monies are taken from my account I will report as fraudulent!! Do not even waste your time browsing through this website as they manage to get you subscribing inadvertently then make it impossible to stop/cancel any further payments!!! Extremely disappointing!!

Just to let you all know if you sign up for a week and pay a small sum , after that week they automatically charge you £31.59 pence a month for a subscription. Scummy company , don’t bother with them look up all information on line for free 😡😡

Woofz offered helpful strategies to easy my dog's, separation anxiety. Tbe claiming exercises really worked, and my dog is much more compostable when i Leave the house. I though i wish there were more in depth tutorial of ghus specific issue

I started this app and I wanted to see it for seven days. I paid six dollars I believe for it now I never wanted it to recharge my card and it did for $40. I’m trying to find someone that can help me because I have a used the app and they give you the runaround and make it impossible to get your credit card out of their auto pay whatever happens do not join this app because it’s ridiculous what they want you to do and how they store your information. This is like getting a streaming channel and they make it impossible to cancel.
