Made an account in a 7 day free trial wasn’t happy with the app, everything I already knew and it wasn’t personalised at all.
Cancelled my account since then these people have tried taking 5 payments of £50 and £60 out of my account! Absolutely fruadsters! No number to phone to complain. DO NOT GET THIS APP

The site is easy to follow. It has been easy to contact and deal with customer service. The app is helping me with my 10 month old Maltese who has an enormous amount of energy. My Maltese does have separation anxiety and I am hopeful this program will help.

"Misleading scam"

I signed up for 1 week, but I have just checked my bank account and I have been charged £31.59!!! I did not authorise this payment as I do not intend on using the app again, and didn’t really use it for the week I had it. The auto renewal feature should not be allowed as they make it really difficult to switch off. I have contacted them to get a refund but haven’t heard back from them yet. If I don’t get a response I shall be taking the matter further.

"FRAUD"

purchased a trial, had an invoice, super happy. Then today £31.50 went from my account and they have been taking £7.90 per month from my account. I have looked through subscriptions etc and sign ups and all emails and nothing from them. Just taking money. No one has replied either. On the phone to the fraud team now and will update. This is awful!

"A Lifesaver for Busy Dog Parents"

As a full-time working parent, finding time to train my new dog felt impossible. Woofz made it simple with its bite-sized lessons and flexible schedule. I could fit in training whenever I had a free moment. My dog has made incredible progress, and I feel much more connected to him!

Woofz has taken money out of my bank account without authorisation twice within 2 weeks.
Extremely difficult to find cancel subscription button. Still havnt found it. Do not use this app.

An absolutely awful experience and I wish I came to trustpilot first before downloading. Signed up to a trial period, nowhere did I see I had agreed to a subscription. Nothing on apple, PayPal or anything, until I noticed the payment of £31 leave my bank account. I still can not find any history of said payment from the above sources or a way of cancelling because my email doesn’t exist on there database to log in….AVOID AVOID AVOID. Currently waiting for a reply to see if I will actually get my money back.

Absolute joke of a company. Signed up for the week ONLY for some basic training, and only realised yesterday they had been taking 31.59 per month from my PayPal. When I queried this they stated I had subscribed....I definitely didn't! Wish I had read these reviews first!
They offered half a month refund...when I explained not good enough and they are taking advantage of the vulnerable they offered full refund...lo and behold they've only paid one month back...NOT a full refund! I am still down a few months.
