EDIT TO ADD: Contacted woofz support as per their response and they refunded one of their payments.
Contacted them again about the other payment and then they refunded that one, so I am not not out of pocket. They appear to respond well to complaints, so that is good.

Signed up for the week trial, they claim it was clearly shown it wouldgo to recurring 31 pound+ subscription (they took over 60 quid from me before I noticed). App was garbage so did not really use it, and I do not recall ANYTHING clearly stating I would be charged 30+ pounds a month as I would not have signed up had it been obvious. The sheer number of people saying the same proves it was a scam and not obvious.They have cancelled the sub, but Im down 60 quid for something not even used. What a total con, avoid them.

My dog used to pull so harsh on the leash that I didn’t even want to take him out. Woofz showed me how to teach him to walk nicely, and it’s been a total game-changer. Walks are actually fun now, and my dog seems so much happier, too.

My rescue dog was super shy and scared of people, but Woofz had special lessons to help with that. The exercises were slow and gentle, which really worked for her. She’s so much more relaxed around people now. I’m really grateful for this app

I work full-time, and trying to train my dog after a long day just felt impossible. Woofz made it so much easier. The lessons are quick, so I could do them whenever I had a spare moment. My dog’s behavior has improved so much, and honestly, I feel way closer to him now.

I tried to cancel after my free trial and it wouldn't let me then instantly took £32 out of my account. I've sent two emails about this and have still not had a response, it's been two weeks. I'm really now happy with their service.

Une arnaque !!!! Facile à démarrer mais les leçons sont toutes en anglais et le pire c’est qu’on ne peut pas arrêter les prélèvements, il n’y a aucun accès à notre compte et lorsqu’on leur écrit ils ne répondent pas …. À fuir !!!! Je n’arrête pas de faire opposition
