I wouldn’t even give this app a 1 star, This marketing team uses animal abuse to advertise their company. It’s advertised all over tik tok of a poor dog getting tied up by the mouth and feet and then chucked in the bin.

The marketing team must be awful to use a video of animal abuse of a dog getting tied up then dropped on a bin to promote your product which I have record the video for evidence and reported on TikTok

"I had the weeks trial"

I had the weeks trial. It does not work the app won't load so I had nothing. I tried the support no one comes back. I do not want this company who seem just to be interested in taking money from people for nothing to take any more money. Under the terms of Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 days to cancel in any case. I do not even think it is a UK company although they say they are. There are loads of comments on Facebook about poor customer service. Try elsewhere. Facebook should take this advert down.

I was so clueless when I got my first puppy, but this app saved me. The tips are simple, and they really work. My pup is already so much better behaved. Honestly, I couldn’t have done it without Woofz.

I never thought an app could help me train my dog, but Woofz made it so easy. My dog is actually listening to me now, and it’s been fun learning together. I wish I had found this sooner.

Same problem as other uk customers. I was charged today of £31.59. I signed up to a one week discounted trial £5.52 from an Instagram advert and it was not clear that this would auto renew after a week for a month subscription. They may say it was stated and if it was it was so subtle myself and many many other customers never saw it, so their advertising and graphics is created to dupe people intentionally. Needs to be regulated.

The training modules are very doable and build upon each other. They reflect the puppy classes we’ve paid hundreds of dollars for at a fraction of the cost. I love that it can be shared with family so everyone can help with the training. After just 15 minutes of this activity, my dog, normally difficult to wear out, is exhausted which is a bonus when you need to actually sleep at night. Highly recommend!

"I signed up for the weeks trial"

I signed up for the weeks trial. Did not even use a full week only 2 days, cancelled but have removed £47.03 From my bank account today. I did not sign up for a year only one week. Avoid at all costs. Apple are unable to help me with the transaction. I’m having to take it up with my bank.
After leaving this review, they contacted me and stated that they would refund my money… asked me to remove my review.. still waiting for the money to be refunded! I will be starting to charge back with my bank tomorrow. As you can see above, they stated that they have refunded my money. Not true at all!
