I strongly advise against using this company. It offers no value and has abysmal customer service. As someone with extensive experience in customer service, I can confidently say that the company’s practice of automatically renewing subscriptions without proper consent is not only unethical but also potentially illegal.

I purchased this app from the App Store, but I never received a receipt after subscribing. Additionally, I was not notified that the app would automatically renew my subscription.

I urge you to save your money and avoid this company. It is evident that this company operates as a scam, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. No reputable company would ever refuse to refund money if they stand behind their service or product.

I also had a terrible experience with this company.
I completed a trial, with the aim to purchase an annual subscription.
Then I received no notification that my trial was coming to an end, or am option to choose a subscription and billing period.
Instead I was automatically charged £32 for what I assumed was an annual subscription because that was the option I selected and received the trial interim period for.
How ever, I noticed I was just charged again for the £32 (monthly subscription!?).
I checked the website and it's a £12 monthly subscription rate.
This is actual stealing. It's a huge shame they take advantage of people in this way. The APP seemed good and I would have purchased the annual subscription at the reasonable price advertises. Instead they have charged me £60 for 2 months? Are you out of your mind? Genuinely how actually dare you ? I see you have taken advantage of many other people like myself, and I hope someone takes up a legal proceeding against you.
