"Last week i signed up for week training…"

Last week i signed up for week training to see how this app works for my pup. Once paid for they never give you a notice or option when your subscription is about to end like other apps.

Today they charged me $39.99 USD for a renewal I never asked for, I sent them an email and now they are stating they don’t refund when they just charge my card?!! Be careful leaving your card. I won’t be using them again. I rather watch TikTok’s that gives better lessons on how to train my pup than Woofz and being scammed by them.

Igual que pone mucha gente... pagas un plan de unos días y no sabes que te van a seguir pasando cobros los muy jetas. Obviamente cuando esto nos pasa a muchas personas no debe de quedar tan claro en vuestros términos... o somos todos gilis, nos estáis llamando eso? Menudos impresentables.

Tried to unsubscribe after a few months of using it. The app itself is fine. Trying to unsubscribe and stop payments? So not OK. They keep on charging despite numerous requests following the initial unsubscribe. Do NOT give this app your credit card details.

"SCAM"

I bought a one-off puppy training plan from an insta ad for like £5 or something and was not aware that I had entered into a subscription service. 2 Months later I check my bank statement to find I've been charged £32 per month (so £64 total). Then I go to the app and get hit with a paywall when I try to do anything - so I've been charged £64 and not had access to any of the paid features anyway!

I've basically been charged £64 for the free version of the app.

Tried emailing to get this cancelled and refunded but I have had no response in over a week. Tried to cancel through my account but as soon as I log in the website just gets stuck loading.

I have now had to get in contact with my bank to stop further payments.

Just stay away from this app its a complete scam.

Woofz has been a lifesaver for my high-energy border collie. The app includes specialized exercises to help manage his energy and keep him engaged. The games and challenges are perfect for his active personality. He’s calmer now, and I owe it to Woofz’s structured approach.

Says that you can get free courses, but when you sign up first thing they do is ask for your bank details. Rubbish company and false advertisement.

One of my favorite things about Woofz is the progress tracking. It shows me exactly where my dog is improving and areas where we need to focus. The app is detailed yet easy to use. It’s a powerful tool that keeps us motivated and on track. I highly recommend it!

"BAD EXPERIENCE "

On 10/13/24 I signed up for a month's subscription for USD 14.99 following a promo in Italian on Instagram.
Once I made the payment, I activated the app but the courses are only in English.
Between 1/2 days I wrote to request the money back since I couldn't use the app.
They wrote to me to change the language despite knowing that it is not possible because lessons and courses are only in English.
Today 12/11/24 they charged me 39.99 USD for a renewal I never asked for, I blocked the payment and sent several emails but they don't even respond from the app.
I believe I am the victim of a scam

"Just don’t bother"

This is one of the most difficult apps I’ve ever had. It is not user-friendly. Your dog already knows their name and to sit you still have to go through the motions to get to the part to train them to walk. I would never recommend this to anybody
