if i could give this company 0 stars i would. i ended my subscription before the next charge date and i have been charged $60 each month for an additional two months - and funnily enough i received an email invoice for my first month of valid subscription but no invoice for the subsequent two months where they have charged me when i have cancelled my product. i have used the 'contact us' on the website 3 times in which i have received a auto reply 'someone will be intouch in 24 hours' and no one has gotten in touch. i am being robbed by this company and i want a refund and for noone else to use them.

Very poor customer service!! Emailed them before my next auto-pay to unsubcribe about my issues; how i can't log in (since i used the website) or saying that customer is not found. Email them 5 times!! and the only thing i get is the 24hrs blah blah but they do response here? ridiculous. I just want my money back (but ofc they will say they can't do that). So messed up, i really hope i can get the refund because i emailed them before the auto-pay so i can unsubscribe, but never get ethe responds at all! 👎🏼 this is upsetting

"Beware of charges - read the fine print "

Terrible that this app takes advantage of people with “hidden” fees and auto renew for packages I didn’t sign up for. I’ve emailed them only to get a standard reply that they will get back to me within 24 hours. There is no phone contact with them - which I think is strange. I can’t cancel my subscription (that I didn’t want) because forgot password and not getting a reset password link. I will now just dispute charge with my credit card.

I bought a trial and cancelled before the expired date. To my surprise I was charged £31.52.Emailed Woofz twice and they never contacted back. Raised a dispute with my credit card and had them to cancel any further charges from Woofz. Really upsetting and I wish I could give -1 star, but unfortunately is not possible. Do not cause yourselves any problems! Keep away!

Betrug!!!Auch mir wurde ein Betrag vom Konto abgezogen ohne meine Zustimmung. Ich habe an Woofz geschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten. Ich hatte mir die App herunter geladen und eine Gebühr bezahlt. Der angegebene Preis wurde abgebucht und ein zweiter Betrag ebenfalls. Dann wurde mir ein Betrag für ein premium Abo abgebucht welches ich nicht gekauft habe.

I, like many other disappointed customers, signed up for a one-time trial for a small fee but didn’t end up using the app as it didn’t meet my needs. Two days ago, I noticed a charge—double the initial fee—had been taken from my account. It took considerable time to trace the source of this charge, only to discover it was from this app, which had continued billing me without clear consent or any obvious indication that I was enrolled in a subscription. I received no email receipt or notification that I’d be charged again. This lack of transparency feels deceptive, and I wouldn’t recommend this service. The unclear subscription terms have left me feeling unable to trust this company.

"Don't go for the offer unless you want to sign up monthly."

Same as others. Thought I had just signed up for a 7 day offer. They are now trying to take £31.59 from my account. Not clear at all. I have managed to now cancel future subscriptions but want a refund for this. Not clear at all. Shame as otherwise would have left a good review.

Update: Have received a refund to be fair. Would be better if they were clearer on the off though as doing themselves no favours with these reviews. They say it is stated on sign up, but it must be in the small print. No emails or communication at all sent when you sign up. I questioned the dog trainer chat and got the manage subscriptions link to cancel which worked well. Would have struggled to find otherwise.
I quite liked the app, but £31.59 a month is far too much.

I'm a senior and recently adopted an older dog.Woofz's simple, straightforward
training has made it easy for me to bond with my new companion. The app's gentle
approach is perfect for older pets who need a softer touch. Only giving it four stars because some exercise seem
more suited for younger dogs.

Es wurde mir zum zweiten Mal eine Abogebühr von meinem Konto abgebucht OHNE meine Zustimmung!! Beim ersten Mal wurde mir (aufgrund meiner Bewertung hier auf Trustpilot) eine Rücküberweisung zugesichert, die jedoch nie erfolgt ist!! Heute Nacht wurden wieder € 60,00 abgebucht. Ich musste nun meine Bankomatkarte deaktivieren und werde Anzeige bei der Polizei machen!!
Bitte: Hände weg!! Hier handelt es sich definitiv um BETRUG!!
UPDATE: Ich hatte einen letzten Versuch gestartet und habe nochmal an WOOFZ geschrieben. Rückantwort innerhalb 1 Stunde !! Mir wurden alle bestehenden Abos deaktiviert (welche genau?? Ich hatte ja alle gekündigt 🤷🏻‍♀️) und die abgebuchten Beträge zurücküberwiesen!! Das Geld war am nächsten Tag am Konto!!
