"Unable to login to app and process a cancellation."
I paid $15.19 via credit card on 12/29/2024 for a subscription obtained through FACEBOOK. I have been unable to sign into the Woofz app. I’ve sent 3 emails advising that I cannot sign in and that I want to cancel the subscription and not have any future premiums charged to my card. I’ve received 2 auto generated responses advising me how to sign in and process the cancellation. However, none of the emails advise how to cancel when the subscription was obtained through Facebook. I now see through most of the reviews I have read here that this is a common problem with Woofz.
I really do not want any further charges from this company.
1/08/3025…my issue has been corrected by Woofz support. I am happy it’s been resolved and I now have access to my account.

"Rip off! Expensive and Impossible to Cancel their Useless App"
Horrible! Don’t do it! You get nothing and they bill you nearly $40 a month forever no matter how hard you try to cancel. Their phone number doesn’t work. You can’t speak to anyone for help. The link they send you for customer service also doesn’t allow you to cancel! The subscription doesn’t show up in your Apple account so you can’t cancel there either. They just take your money for nothing to a shady company registered in Cypress with zero customer care or service. It should be zero stars and against the law.

I paid for a 3 month plan through facebook and never received the plan. I made an account but can’t find anywhere to log in to it. I thought the plan would have been emailed to me but never was, very disappointed! Was looking forward to training my new pup with it.

I didn't even login to the app during my discounted trial period ($7 for a week I think) because I totally forgot about it, and then I got charged $40 for their subscription. When I asked to cancel and get a refund they stated its non-refundable in their terms & conditions. I was also told I need to login and cancel from the app, and then I discovered I couldn't even login at all. Reached out to customer service about not being able to login, and was told they'd respond within 24 hours...well it's been 2 and a half weeks without a response. Granted, it's the holidays so there's some grace. But still, I wasn't alerted before the subscription charge I forgot about in the first place, and now I can't even login to use the app at all. If it's nonrefundable, put that in a prominent place where people will see it! Very scammy behavior. Don't use!!

I paid for a 3 Month subscription but found the training was not useful so decided not to renew. I discovered Woofz had taken £47.39 from my account without any warning. I complained and was told the auto-renewal was clearly stated. If it had been I would never have signed up in the first place. I’ve been offered a further 3 months free instead of a refund which I’ve declined as of no use. I hope to get a refund and make their terms and conditions much clearer in future.
Woofz have now agreed to refund 100% of the auto renew subscription and will make their terms and conditions clearer for future customers.

Signed up for a week trial and was charged £31.59 without any warning. Cancelled subscription immediately. Be warned if you sign up expect to loose money. They will try and justify that it’s clear when signing up but if this is so how can so many others miss it too.
Edit. I have been contacted by Woofz and told I will receive a refund for the taken payment in 5 to 10 days. I’ll update again when it hits my account
I have received my refund today. Thank you.
Maybe consider making the renewal reference clearer or send an email with the offer to renew close to the date it’s due to expire. The app is really good the only thing that spoilt it was the charges.

30th September last year I decided to take a 3 month plan out with this firm
I didn’t realise what they had taken out on that day until now

The 3 month plant that I signed up for was 1.58 per week for 3 months ?
I had no notification then on 29 December 2024 they suddenly took 47.39 p
I immediately contacted customer services as I had no notification whatsoever, ( fortunately my bank notified me) no way of speaking to anyone you can only contact them via there own app so no emails
I got a response 24 hours later stating that they would contact me within 24 hours
I thought at the time it was a email but was not only on their own app , no proof!
I have now contacted my bank as luckily enough I have the screenshots of the pricing plans of this firm and can provide evidence.
This year has been horrendous on a personal scale so getting my pup was a good side tracker.
Unfortunately you get some unscrupulous forms that try to rip you off these being one of them!
As a dog person all my life and still got my 15 year old jack the app itself was useless, get more information on YouTube

As with other reviewers, I tried this app and did not like it,, I never opted for an auto renew and was shocked that today I was charged £31.59 with no prior warning. This is an exorbitant cost and must be classed as a fraudulent / scam transaction. Sent a contact form and waiting for a response.
I have also raised with my bank. I will continue to send as many negative reviews of this company until my query is adequately dealt with.
