"Signing up for Woofs Dog Training"

After finding Woofs online while looking for online dog training I decided to give them a try and signed up for a month of training which was reasonably priced. I downloaded their app and began navigating to figure out how to begin training my golden retriever.
I’m not sure if it was caused by my iffy internet connection or my fumbling fingers, but soon after going to the app it asked me again what plan I wanted to pay for. Since I already paid I was a little frustrated so I looked for the contact us button, easily found it then sent a message explaining my situation. Not long after sending my message I received a ‘we got your message and will get back to you soon’ message which was understandable because it was on a Sunday. Not long after that I received a nice message from Lisa who provided me easy to follow directions to clear things up and get to the training that I paid for.

I haven’t had much time to train my dog yet, but if the training is as good as the customer service it will be great!

This app has been awesome for our family. Our kids love helping train Charlie with the fun games in the app, and it’s brought us all closer together. Plus, he is learning so fast!

I was at my wit’s end with my dog’s barking, and Woofz gave me practical solutions that worked fast. Now Rocky barks only when he needs to, and my neighbors are finally happy too!

23/1 EDIT to add, since the review Woofz got in touch and reimbursed me the full amount, which I am so happy about. I was advised there was a system error which resulted in my subscription not being cancelled properly, the only suggestion I could make is that they have an email to contact as its all via the website and not a straightforward process to transfer the subscription, so does get abit frustrating. Its a shame as the app and program itself is actually really good and if you want to train your doggy yourself and spend some quality time with them teaching tricks and commands, this is definetely the app to do so.

I wish i would have come to trustpilot first! Signed up to 7 day trial, kept getting charged, have been trying to cancel, not having any luck. THey advised me it would be cancelled in August last year, EVERY MONTH since being charged $63.99AUD. AVOID this company at all costs, the app is good, but there is no way to contact them if you have any issues.

I’ve never had much luck with training apps before, but Woofz is different. It’s so easy to follow, and my dog, Luna, has already learned “sit” and “stay.” I’m so proud of her!

Woofz has been a game-changer for me and my rescue dog, Max. He was terrified of loud noises, and the confidence-building exercises really helped him feel safe. It’s amazing to see how much progress he’s made.

I downloaded Woofz because my friend swore by it, and I’m so glad I did. Bella used to pull on the leash nonstop, but with the leash training tips, she’s now walking calmly. Walks are actually enjoyable again!

"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam. Signed up for the one week trial (no mention of auto renew). No email received. I couldn’t log in, so I checked my bank. They had set up a recurring direct debit without my consent (clearly this was triggered when I paid for the discounted week). They keep trying to take more money from me. I’ve never been able to log in, and I have never received any emails from them. Last night they tried taking 3 lots of payments. Steer well clear. I was lucky that I noticed the direct debit when I did as I got this cancelled immediately. Thankfully no money has left my account despite them continuously trying!

My dog has always been super high-energy, and it felt impossible to train him before this app. Woofz showed me how to channel his energy, and now he’s finally listening. It’s been a total lifesaver!

This app has been great for both me and my dog. The lessons are simple enough for me to follow, and my dog has picked up on the commands quickly. I wish I’d started using it sooner.
