Signed up for 7 days only. Just wanted to trial the app. No communication to suggest a subscription would be initiated yet today they have taken £30.77 from my bank account. I’m awaiting a response to the message I have sent via their ‘contact us’ page.
The app doesn’t even appear in ‘manage subscriptions’ in Apple settings. Clearly a scam and I am now worried reading other reviews that they a) will not refund me the £30.77 and more worryingly that they have my card/bank details and will continue to charge me. I will give them the opportunity to respond and will also be contacting my bank. Absolute fraudulent scammers. AVOID!

"Not honest about renewable $ charge …"
I Didn't use the app and doesn't make it clear that they will charge your card again after the 3 months! It is NOT clear at all that there is a 39.99 monthly renewable charge taken from my account. Scammers that rely on people not being aware of this! I’ve contacted them and say they make it clear that it is a monthly 39.99 charge and will not refund the months they took from my credit card.

I’ve been trying to cancel this service for so long. You actually sent me a confirmation email saying that this was canceled. Also, I have went to the website and cancel and you’re still getting another $39 charge in my account. I’m sick and tired of contacting you guys every month for this issue please take action of this this to be suspicious and fraudulent

Man weiß nicht, dass man sich auf ein Abo einlässt! Ich habe das 3-tägige Abo 10 min nach Abschluss gekündigt und die App gelöscht, nachdem ich die negativen Bewertungen gelesen hatte (Du hast Dein Abo gekündigt, habe ich schriftlich) und trotzdem wurde Geld abgebucht, dann eine Woche später noch 45 € wofür??? Eine Abofalle! In Deutschland kann man sämtliche Verträge innerhalb von 14 Tagen widerrufen oder stornieren!!! Die Vielzahl ähnlicher Zuschriften scheint den Erfolg des Unternehmens nicht zu beeinträchtigen! Finger weg !!!

Vorsichtshalber habe ich das ABO gekündigt, damit nicht weiter abgebucht wird, da bei Abschluss das Abo automatisch auf Verlängerung steht. Der Inhalt ist unterer Durchschnitt und für mich nicht zu gebrauchen.
Es wurde eine 30 Tage Geld-zurück Garantie beworben, die der Anbieter nicht mehr einhalten will! Finger weg...
