"Very misleading sign up process resulting in unknown charges"
I signed up for a 7 day trial of this app but didn’t really find it worked for us. It didn’t show up on iPhone settings as a subscription and when signing up to the 7 day trial there was no mention of any further charges. I have now been charged over £30. I have contacted them via email and they responded the same day referring to a ‘detailed description of subscription conditions on the purchase screen’ which apparently I and most of the other reviewers on here have missed. I have no evidence of that description and I was not aware I would be charged further. The company have refused to refund me. These reviews do have a recurring theme of further thefts from customer’s accounts. I will be reporting this as fraud.

The tips on barking control were helpful for my dog, but some of the features felt repetitive. I would like to see more advanced training modules for dogs that already know the basics.

I love the variety of programs Woofz offers! The "Home Alone" program was a game-changer for my dog. He used to bark non-stop when I left the house, but now he's perfectly content on his own. Thank you, Woofz!

Je tiens à laisser un avis très défavorable sur l’application WOOFZ. J'ai été particulièrement déçu par leurs méthodes de vente et les prélèvements effectués sur mes comptes bancaires. On m’a promis certaines fonctionnalités, mais la réalité est bien différente. De plus, les prélèvements sont souvent effectués sans réelle transparence, ce qui crée une grande confusion.
Je vous recommande d’être extrêmement prudent avant de vous engager avec cette application. Faites attention à ce que vous acceptez, car cela pourrait vous coûter plus cher que prévu. Personnellement, je ne peux pas recommander WOOFZ.

I subscribed to a 12 week subscription from a pop up. It then told me to download the app so I did. It asked for credit card which I provided and when I tried to fill in information it comes up that this email account is already in use. It looks like I have two open accounts. I don’t know how to cancel one or both of them. I don’t want to pay for two subscriptions and I do not want to renew either.

My Labrador, Rosie, loved the games in Woofz, and the leash training advice worked well too. However, I wish there was a faster way to skip past lessons shes already mastered. Still, its a great app for learning.
