Me descontaron sin mi autorización, 39.00 de mi cuenta bancaria. NO tienen transparencia en su sistema de promoción por lo que derivan a crear una estafa que cobran sin avisar y luego tienes que reclamar.
* a modo infomativo por lo que veo en internet y redes sociales es una práctica que hacen habitualmente y tienen muchas reclamaciones como la mía.
* Supongo que reaccionaran y cambiaran su politica de cobros para que no tengamos que reclamar. En fin la OCU nos advierte de esta mala practica que debemos de denunciar para que dejen de llevarse a cabo con tanta facilidad.

I tried the trial for $6.99. submitted for cancellation in oct 2024 and nothing yet! They keep charging me $39.99 plus $10.00 a month. There is no phone number to call and no one is answering my multiple emails! They just charged $10.00 on January 18th! I'm out $106.99 already!

I also thought I purchased a one week subscription. Did not realize it was going to renew at almost $60 Canadian for one month. After that I've asked him to refund it and they won't do it. This is not a reputable company. I advise you all to avoid this company Like the plague I'm going to post additional reviews on many sites.JZ

My Beagle, Daisy, has improved a lot with Woofz, especially with crate training. The app is effective, but the notifications to rate the app were a bit excessive at first. Once I adjusted the settings, it was a great experience.
