Woofz gave me great tips on reducing my dog’s separation anxiety. The exercises were effective, and the instructions were clear. That said, I think the app could include a wider variety of enrichment games to keep training sessions fun. Overall, I’m happy with the results!

App seemed to lock me out after I cancelled my auto-renew, and the support team couldn't have been quicker or lovelier to resolve the issue for me. Plus, the app has taught me things that puppy school didn't cover.

"Hidden subscription scam"

Like many of the reviewers, I signed up for a promotional course (£12 for four weeks). When doing so, I looked pretty closely to make sure that that was all I was signing up for, and I also checked ‘my subscriptions’ on my phone to make sure there wasn’t anything else due to be debited — so I was very disappointed when Woofz deducted £30.77 from my account a month later.
This app is definitely a scam as there was no prior notice of the deduction or email confirming what I had originally paid for and notifying me that I would then have further deductions.
It took several sternly worded emails to get a full refund. Initially they offered me a year’s free subscription which I might have accepted had there been any more content to come but I had finished the course in the four weeks and the additional £30.77 really paid for absolutely nothing.
I now can’t even access the content that I paid for now— so I can’t review the units we had completed.
I’d give this app a very wide berth. A reputable company selling a decent product doesn’t conduct business in this way.

I absolutely love the WOOFZ app! I downloaded it just days after bringing home my 3-month-old Goldendoodle, and it’s been a game-changer. The app makes training fun and easy, and I highly recommend it to any new puppy parent. It's been so helpful in giving me the tools I need to raise a well-behaved pup.

Rubbish!!! I have been trying to login to my account but won’t let me login and have reached out to them via contact page and tried via social media but no reply as yet. But they can still take a payment of £31.59 from my bank account. I have been trying to cancel my subscription but with me not being able to login to my account I couldn’t cancel subscription
