"Absolute scam"

Absolute scam. I signed up for a weeks trial to see how it was for £9. A week later I’ve been charged £31 and I’m on a subscription. I didn’t sign up for a monthly subscription. I didn’t miss that part it just wasn’t there. They did not say weeks trial then £31 a month after that. I hate deceitful practice like this. This app could be quite good but it’s completely tainted with how they get people hooked. So even though I have now managed to cancel subscription (I think) I have paid for a month and can’t get my money back. They would have more long term customers if they didn’t start off by deceiving them.

This app does not provide any helpful information other than what most dog owners already know. I cancelled my subscription and they keep charging me. There is no customer service phone number - what a rip off. Do not subscribe.

TERRIBLY UNSERIOUS AND MISLEADING! They advertise on Meta with false information just to get subscribers and trick them with misleading and untruthful campaigns (free, limited time offer) to trick people into buying their “plan”. Pure and utter junk! Not even worth one star here!

Cancelled my subscription but they have still taken money out of my account. Sent an email regarding this and was told would get a response in 24 hours. Still not heard anything. I also sent them photographic evidence that I had cancelled my subscription. Do not use!

Signed up and received your full program which I was not in need of and a small chapter or two on barking. Not as you advertised that barking would be stopped in a few days or how to attain that goal. Would never recommend.

The “bad behavior” lessons have been so useful. My dog used to snatch food out of my hand, but now he waits patiently until I give him the cue. The improvement is unbelievable!
