Une arnaque de première… La mise en place est très facile, mais ensuite on avance de rien dans les leçons et en plus TOUT est en anglais et pas possible de modifier !!!!! A bannir….

Just like all of the other recent reviews on here, we were signed up to a membership we were completely unaware of until we noticed random charges on our statement. Beware of clicking on any link or any form of 'trial' this company offers, as it's deceptive. You'll be signed up to an ongoing subscription service without being made aware of the terms until you've been charged. When you dispute signing up to anything, they will immediately point out there's no refund.
This business buys fake followers on social media, you can tell because when you click on some of their followers they're empty shell profiles without any friends. It's also really odd for a business with 335k or more followers to only get about 50 likes per post. A lot of their positive reviews sound super fake too.
Do not trust this company.
Edit: They have added a generic reply here about reaching out to their customer support team. I had already tried this prior to leaving a review, but they weren’t able to resolve the matter and only offered a 30% refund (which I am yet to receive).

"App stops working and doesn’t load when…"
App stops working and doesn’t load when you want it to which means you are unable to complete training at times planned. The app completely stopped loading then when I was advised to delete and reinstall the app I lost my progress. Takes ages for customer services to respond via the support email and when they do it’s only a partial response to any questions asked. Tried to get a refund and so far not been able to despite loads of emails. Was unable to cancel in the app as it wasn’t loading- money taken by company and not returned. The reset link for your password doesn’t work. Rubbish in so many ways.

I love this Woofz app. It is a real lifesaver! This app provides all the details and resources we need to train our puppies at our own pace, and the offline mode is an absolute plus for our periodic trips.

"I downloaded the app for £5 something…"
I downloaded the app for £5 something thinking that that would give me an opportunity to see what this company is like and if the training would be useful. It was not. Then they took another £31.59 for something that I have not used. I have tried to log in to my account to cancel and they will not let me in. Their terms and conditions ( which I have not agreed to) state that they will keep taking money from my account. Unfortunately they are based in Nicosea in Cyprus and They require me to write to them to cancel as I cant do it on line because they will not let me in to my account. Under no circumstances should anyone get involved with this lot as they are scammers. If i could give a No Star report, I would.

Cancelled my subscription on 1 April 2024. My credit card got charged on 1 October 2024. Tried contacting them but only getting automated responses. Now I can't access my account or reset the password so I can't delete the card details. Feel like a scam

"If you don't want to lose money, don't use this app! Not transparency App"
Like the other reviews, I am dissatisfied with the service provided. I bought a one week trial which I paid for, then they charged me 39.99 USD for the supposed month, where I cancelled the account and they assured me that they were not going to charge me anymore because the account was already cancelled. The following week they charged me 199.99 USD without prior notice and when I tried to contact them again through the IA they told me that this is the monthly price which does not match the prices found in the app store. Definitely no customer services to speak too even though I sent my complaint. This feels misleading and raises concerns about transparency and ethics.
