Like previous reviewers here I am absolutely shocked by this service. Tried to cancel the subscription the first time when funds were taken and was unable to, same thing happened this month. Unable to log in and unable to reset my password, very convenient. Also no customer service as such, just chat with AI and no solutions. Absolute scam, especially when I am not using the app at all.

"Scam"

Hello, I subscribed to a small subscription at 6.28 €, after 3 days not having received I sent an email to ask what was going on. They asked for my e-mail address and the last digits of my credit card.

I still haven't received anything in my mailbox, but you have fraudulently debited 35.95€ from my credit card account. My bank has informed me that there have also been attempts to use my card fraudulently.

I am dissatisfied with the service provided. I have requested the cancellation of my subscription, which was made in error, but instead, they continue to charge me £39 each month. I have already reported this to my bank as a fraudulent activity. Do not use this app!

"This is a big SCAMMER"

This is a big SCAMMER. Beware!
They are not transparent with their subscription charge, will trick you into subscribing, never communicate with you about charges or subscriptions, and won't refund you even if you never use the service. You can't cancel the subscription via your phone. They charged me $59.99 twice, in June and Sept via PayPal. I lodged disputes via PayPal because I had no idea that I had subscribed to them, but PayPal let them win. They have a way to work around this, and you won't get your money back.
JUST DON'T EVER USE Woofz or any of their Apps. I have learnt my lesson the hard way.
Another bad thing is they have charged me $59.99 for 3 months of services from 10/09/24, but they have kicked me out of using the service. I can no longer access the App Woofz. They said that because I opened a dispute with PayPal. I need to wait till PayPal makes the final decision. And now PayPal has made the decision for them to win, but they still haven't given me access to the app, even though I paid $59.99 for 3 months. A genuine business will never do this.

Not recommended. Close to a scam.

I signed up for Woofz in June( for 3 months option), and during the sign-up process, there was no clear indication that this was a subscription-based service. The information was presented in a way that made it seem like a one-time purchase. After three months, I was surprised to see a charge on my credit card. Additionally, there was no confirmation email regarding the registration or subscription—just an email with the product details. To make matters worse, there is no straightforward way to access a “My Account” page either through the app or their website (woofz.com). Even when searching online, you won’t find an account login page easily. The only way to manage your subscription is by interacting with their AI chat bot, which you wouldn’t even know to do until you’re charged. This feels misleading and raises concerns about transparency and ethics.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - BEWARE

I’m not the first one leaving reviews saying that they take your money and don’t issue refunds even when you explain and have proof of not using the app!

The terms and conditions are tiny, no one reads them! I purchased a promotion for 3 months, I used it for a few days and never again because I didn’t like it. And since the app doesn’t say that the subscription is automatically renewed I didn’t even know that I was going to get charged again. They don’t even have an option to cancel de subscription from the app!

I emailed support explaining this, also that I haven’t been using the app nor do I want to use it again and requested a full refund, which they denied. After insisting they offered a 25% refund. If they would be honest they’d give a full refund!!! Especially when seeing that I haven’t been using the app.

Only purchased a week's trial which I paid for, they then took nearly 32 pounds from my account and I also found they had setup a reoccurring standing order on my account.. no customers services to talk too even though I emailed my complaint across disgusting people..

Woofz has everything you could ask for in a dog training app.From the video courses to walking tracker covers it all the bases.I love how it help you bond with your dog _my border collie,fin is learning so fast!
The certificate are a nice touch too_it feel great to see Finn's progress rewarded.5 stars all the way!
