My 7-year-old dog Rocky was never formally trained, so I was a bit skeptical about how much progress we could make. Woofz proved me wrong! The personalized lessons work even for older dogs, and the certificates give me a sense of achievement with Humm I' m also a fan of the Doggy calendar feature--it keeps me on top of his training and vet appointments. 5 stars from me!

"Highly Effective Training but Needs a Few Tweaks!"

Woofz has been amazing for training my dog Buddy. The variety of lessons and the video courses are well designed and easy to follow. I've seen a huge improvement in his behaviour in just a few weeks. However, I think the app could benefit from a bit more advanced content for older dogs. That said, I still give it 4 stars becauseit's incrediblly effective!

"Training Didn’t Work and Terrible Customer Service "

Paid $30 for 3 months. We could not get past the first lesson. I contacted them for help, and asked if they could automatically move me on to the next command so I could try other lessons. They sent an email repeating the same command steps from the app which weren’t working, and did not allow me access to other command trainings. I was not able to cancel on my phone, and they auto renewed me and charged $60. I emailed the same day I was charged and asked if they could refund it because they could see I hadn’t used the app in months and I wasn’t able progress beyond the first command which was learning her name. They denied a refund. I’m out $90 total and my puppy only learned her name!

The puppy training tools are amazing, and Luna is already learning basic commands at just 10 weeks old. The well-being module has also been great for keeping track of her health. Woofz really takes the stress out of training!

So I got suckered by all the good reviews and thought what the heck. Paid $30 for 3 months and felt good because it said 100 money back guaranteed. After downloading the app and reading through it definitely is not for us. Nothing like I thought it would be so after just one day I try to see about refunding it. Nope apparently non refundable now 😡. Disappointed and disgusted hope others don't get scammed this way.

Komplette Abzocke! Habe das dreitägige Abo gelöst und innert dieser Frist das Abo gekündingt. Ein Profil habe ich nicht mehr. Nun werden wir monatlich Beträge abgezogen. Mein Abo ist niergends aufgeführt und der Kundenservice hilft nicht weiter! Ich muss nun meine Kreditkarte sperren und eine neue anfordern lassen, weil man diesen Anbieter nicht sperren kann! Lasst die Finger weg!!
