Ich habe das 3tägige Probeabo gewählt und es am selben Tag gekündigt, damit ich nicht in die Zahlungspflichtige Variante komme. Trotzdem habe Sie die 9,99€ abgebucht obwohl ich noch drei Tage Testphase hatte und erst im Anschluß die 9,99€ fällig werden. Also Fingerweg‼️‼️‼️

I was charged a monthly fee without my consent. I only tried the first week of 6.99 as a trial. And now they won’t refund me the 39.99 saying I agreed to the terms?! This is fraudulent and I do not agree to the automatic renewal!

I’ve authorized a 6,99 purchase and some
days later more 39,99 has been billed directly from my account without authorization, and no invoices sent or any information. App is a mess and might sounds harsh but looks a bit like a scam.
Woofz if you want a tip, make it clear what you billing to your customers otherwise it does look like a big scam.

I feel like you’d do better as a company with all of these negative reviews but apparently not. I paid for a subscription but ended up not really using it after the first week. This company didn’t provide any kind of reminders about renewal or anything and naturally, I forgot. Not to mention, I had to Google search how to cancel my account because you can’t just go to their website and log in. That seems deceptive. I get charged $59.99 and find the receipt in my inbox, so I reach out hoping that being this is my first renewal, they would refund and cancel just this once. Lo and behold, they say subscriptions are non-refundable but would offer me 3 free months. I don’t need that; I put my pup in in-person training. They’re just taking people’s money while making people pay for an app that they aren’t using.

I signed up, the fraudulent company my bank uses blocked the $59.99, but other unauthorized fees went through. When asked for a full refund, they give excuses and offered me three months free online training. I am turning them into my states general attorneys office.
They should have a big red flag next to their name. Take heed in dealing with these scammers!

A big scam. I never signed up for a premium. This shady organisation is trying to deduct multiple amounts from my account. There is no subscription in my iPhone. There are no settings in their app. Don’t bother, you will get sucked into a loophole

WOOFZ SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT DIDN’t even address the problem. It was as though they didn’t even read the message I sent them. I still have no access to an account I paid for. I stand by my original review

I think this is a scam. I signed up for 3 months, downloaded the app and the app won’t let me sign in. It only wants to sell me another subscription. So, I went to the website and tried to sign in. They said my password is wrong. So I requested to change the password. The email never arrived. So I contacted customer support. I just get an automated response that they’re not available and won’t be, first it said 3 hours, then 12. So basically they took my money and disappeared. Don’t be fooled. Don’t trust this site.

Like a lot of people here in the comments I thought I was signing up for a weeks paid trial. They say in the app to check your phone settings so I checked the Apple settings for subscription renewal and found nothing and they do not make it easy to find where to cancel. It’s all a scam to get the renewal money from you. I got the bank to block them accessing my card ever again.
App itself is functional but extremely basic and annoying in that you have to go step by step and not jump to the actual behaviours you wanted to address.
Stay away. Join an actual dog training class.
