"Since my dog was already trained but…"
Since my dog was already trained but still needed some help with socializing, I signed up for one week at 6.99, which i canceled on that 7th day. Also on that day, I was charged 39.99 for 1 month. I disputed the charge with them and was told the 6.99 was an introductory rate and one month fee would follow. There was no mention of this initially. On the website it shows a weekly rate as well.

Geht mir genau so. Die behaupten ich hätte ein Abo über die Website gebucht was nicht stimmt. Habe blöderweise das App im App Store gekauft und sofort wieder gekündigt. Habe x mal nach dem Vertrag gefragt und erhalte immer laaange bla bla emails, dass sie mir kulanterweise 30% erstatten.
Woofz ist ein BESCHISS. Sie gauckeln einem vor, dass das App auf Deutsch ist, sprechen aber nur Englisch. Ich habs meiner Rechtschutzversicherung geschickt.

"Scam! Watch out!!"
Scam!! watch out! This is a fraudulent app that is just out for your money. I subscribed to a 1 week option ($1.22 USD), and MADE SURE (because I had bad experiences in the past) there was no "tiny disclaimer" at the bottom or nothing else I was signing to. Unfortunately that was not enough.
Right after the week had ended, I noticed my paypal account had an unauthorized charge for almost $40.00 USD. I immediatly emailed the company, which only led to an endless back and forth correspondence (every time with a different agent explaing why it is your fault and not theirs and argumenting with completely false allegations).
They never accepted to reimburse me. I just had to handle it through my bank (issuing a chargeback).
So... dont waste your time or your money please! it is so not worthy.
Btw my week of trial also served to show me that this is neither a good app - is not even fully finished- (as there are many screens with just "lorem ipsum" kinda text) .

"Renewal Options Confusing…"
I would to continue using the app after the free trial, however there are over 30 different options via Apple subscription renewal and I cannot understand what is what…these are the annual subscription options available, for example…Premium Access: Yearly Access for $24.99, Special Access: Yearly Access for $48.99, Woofz Yearly Premium for $49.99, Woofz Premium Yearly for $58.99, Yearly Premium Access for $59.99, Yearly Premium Access for $81.99, Woofz Yearly Premium for $92.99, Special Offer: Yearly Access for $99.99, Yearly Premium Access for $129.99, Woofz Yearly Premium for $159.99 and Special Offer: Yearly Access for $199.99…based on this lack of clarity / ambiguity on what I would be purchasing I will not be continuing past the free trial.

I should have read these reviews before ordering. Same story as everyone else. Literally no warning that a renewal was coming, no messaging that the purchase was a renewal. The content itself is also pretty mediocre and repetitive and nothing you can't get online for free. Definitely not worth even the initial purchase, let alone the renewal you will undoubtedly end up paying for. At least support was quick to cancel me but that's about the only good thing I have to say about this.
They say they want feedback. It’s here. Remind users of their renewal. Make their initial purchase clear it’s a subscription. Implement change to show you care and hear your customers’ words.

They try to scam you by luring you into a month or 3 month affordable training. You won’t find a cancelation tab in their app or website under “your subscription” which makes you think you only pay a one time fee. 3 months later I see a $60 charge on my account.
Customer service is non existent. Scammers!!! Just look at the 1 star reviews in the app store. Will be reported to the Better Business Bureau

Same story. I got an advertisement on instagram, installed a demo for 29.99 usd impulsively as I was willing to teach my puppy. Then they charged me extra 9.99 for some pdf file that I never ordered. The application didn’t help me much. So I stop using it in a week. But in a month they charged me again - 39.99 this time. It appeared to be automatic renewal of subscription, although I never received neither receipt nor terms& conditions. I tried to stop subscription but I couldn’t find it in my iPhone. It appeared that I subscribed “somehow differently” that only they see my subscription. I wrote them to cancel it and turn 39.99 usd back, they said they would stop but won’t return the money. I do not recommend this application because of 0% transparency

Wer das App möchte sollte nicht über die Website buchen. Der Kündigungsprozess gestaltet sich das seh schwierig.
