zero stars! They are thieves. I requested cancelation via the instructions from the app. Received an email stating it was being canceled and then was charged again today. They refused to refund when this is clearly their fault. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this thief. I have reported them to the FTC in the form of a complaint. BE WARNED

Is a big scam , very frustrated with this application, they charged me for a service that I never used, they did not send me any information, to obtain subscribers they tell you a price and at the end of the transmission they charge you another, but with my card information after a while month they charge you, and then they tell you we are going to give you a 25% discount, and. Can you continue using the application? without even having anything they want to take your money

I would vote 0 stars if I could. i PAID FOR 7 day ACCESS, no mention of a subsection. Charged $64 AUD on the 6th day with no way to cancel subscription via the app, Apple subscriptions or their website. Only via email where I receive horrible response time and service. Do NOT recommend, training is nothing you can’t find for free on Google.

I have the same problem as Heidi. I signed up for a one month trial because I knew I would not use the app consistently. Now being charged a monthly fee. How to cancel. I was never notified that I would be charged. Very deceptive.

I signed up for a free trial but never used the app consistently. I never received a reminder email that my subscription was renewing. I contacted the company the day the charge authorized to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund. I was told the subscription was canceled but was never given a refund, plus the person who replied to my request was very condescending when answering my message. I do not recommend this app or this company. The app is not helpful and their customer service is terrible. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank.

they did the same thing to me. I signed up for the free trial and paid for the subscription. I went to the website a couple of days later and cancelled it because the service wasn’t worth it. A month later, they charged me and I contacted support to tell them that I cancelled the subscription already and they sent back that my account was cancelled. They had been trying to charge me for a couple of months afterwards but there wasn’t any money on my card but they got me yesterday so I contacted support again. They emailed back saying they were “sorry that you got into a situation like this” and that I was supposed to follow the directions from the last email (there were no instructions) If I’m contacting them because my attempts to cancel online didn’t work, why would I try again when the first email said that my subscription had been canceled? and the current email says that they canceled my subscription without any instructions? They are ripping people off and being very rude in response. I asked for a phone number because I think it’s ridiculous and I want to actually talk to someone. Haven’t received any response. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I signed up for a 3 month subscription and didn't like what I saw. I just saw I was charged 59.99 on my card. Tried to contact customer support. There is no way to contact a customer support representative. I will be calling my bank to cancel the last charge.

I did not get my money back 100%, I had already paid for the previous 7 days I paid £5.73, I was not asking for the money for the seven days, I am claiming the full £32.68 which was the money you took from me, when I had previously cancelled the application and you replied that you already had it and yet on the 1st of April you took the money from my account, this is fraudulent people need to know that you are in the business of taking money without customers authorisation.
In reply I can prove to you that I made my cancellation and you sent me a confirmation email that you already had my cancellation and even if without me authorising the payment you took the money from my account, and then I had to send about 20 emails with proof of cancellation and you refused and told me that you were not going to refund me, and even then I still do not have the money that you took from my account, I do not know how you can call that.

"Beware of Woofz Dog Training App - Useless and Shady Practicesed out the Woofz dog…"
I recently tried out the Woofz dog training app and found it to be completely useless. Not only is there a lack of clear directions on how to use the app effectively, but it also employs shady practices to trap unsuspecting users into paid subscriptions.
After signing up for a trial service, I discovered that there was no easy way to cancel the trial or subscription. Attempts to contact their customer support within the app were met with demands for payment just to chat with them. This is unacceptable and highly suspicious behavior for an app supposedly catering to dog owners in the USA.
Furthermore, I was shocked to find unauthorized charges of $39.99 on my credit card, with no option to cancel the subscription through the app store.
There is a zero star rating else they dont even deserve 1 star
I strongly advise others to avoid the Woofz app at all costs and to be wary of any positive reviews, as they may be from paid customers or the app's own team.

I subscribed to it for a week or something, it charged me with 7$
I used the app for a few days but it’s absolutely useless and bad for many reasons. I’ve unsubscribe in App Store and forgot about it and didn’t even open the app since then.
Today I found out that they since then charged me twice in February and today both payments 40$ making 87$ in total for an absolute bad training app )))))))
This is such a cringe and a scam. They are telling me I’ve had a subscription somewhere else, not in the app (where?) and that subscription are non refundable.
Ps even if I did use it (which I haven’t), 40$ a month for a dog training app such quality is a scam just by itself.
DONT USE IT, DONT SUBSCRIBE TO IT, DONT DOWNLOAD IT AND DONT USE A WEEK/FREE TRIAL!!!!
