"SCAM"

SCAM: UNABLE TO CANCEL THROUGH CONTACT FORM, DOUBLE CHARGING AND AUTO RENEWAL EVEN AFTER TERMINATION

1. I created my account through the website and agreed to a 1 week subscription. The website transferred me to the Apple app store to download the app.

2. 3 days into the app, I decided NOT TO CONTINUE with the subscription and canceled the "auto-renewal" via the app. So far, the app worked as expected.

3. In addition, I decided to close the loop with the merchant via the contact form but was unable to cancel or inform them as the contact form could not "send" with an error message that it doesn't accept my email as a correct email! 

4. I wasn't very concerned as I had already inactivated the "auto-renewal" function via the app.

4. I only realized the SCAM when I received a notification today that I was charged USD39.99.

5. Upon checking with my credit card company, I found 2 duplicated charges on my credit card a week ago - 2 billings 2 days apart!!

I am disputing the duplicated charges and the auto-renewal without authorization.

Don't use this service provider!

App was great for the first week. Then interest gets lost fast. DEFINITELY not worth the subscription. I purchased a 3 month subscription for $19.99 USD$ trial, got logged out and gave up even trying, thought my trial was over. Wrong! Just been charged $59.99 (USD$) that’s almost 85 CAD , 3X the trial price!! Customer service is not friendly nor did they offer to help at all. DO NOT GET TRAPPED! Avoid if possible! Many other legit options out there.

Update ** charged again $81, 5 days after the $85. Couldn’t access anything on the app without being directed to pay more. Asked to have all my info deleted, want nothing to do with this company, no receipt for original purchase, no notification for renewal dates. This is such a terrible experience. Customer service is non existent, rude and passive aggressive. They will say they “helped” but that’s false. Will update again if there are further charges or refund (wishful thinking).
Noticed a lot of their replies to reviews aren’t relevant to the question at hand, and customer-blaming. If this many people are having the same issue it’s not the client… just sayin’

Unable to cancel through the contact form as it doesn’t accept my email as a correct email. Unable to find a phone number or email address for customer service . Very disappointing and concerning that cancellation seems impossible.

"SCAM"

I created my account through their website and agreed to $29.99 for 3 months after a $4.99 7-day trial. After my trial, I was charged $39.99 for a month and was unable to cancel through the app because my account was created on their site. There is nowhere to sign in on the website or view account details so the only way to cancel is to contact customer service who was not responsive when I tried to resolve the issue. Save yourself money and do not subscribe to this service.

"Very Disappointed - hard to Cancel"

Very disappointed - The app is not great and the fact that I downloaded the app on my iphone paid for a 3 mth package - used it twice - it just didnt get any better and I have been trying to cancel since. There is NO WAY of Cancelling. No unsubscribe on the app - It is not in my iphone subscriptions and it only comes up as a reoccurring payment on paypal - so you cant even cancel that way.
So your only option is to email them and ask them oh so nicely to cancel it for you and stop taking payments - This is such a SCAM
What ever you do - Dont sign up - You cant get out of it.
