"Great app"
I like how digestible and easily explained the content is on the Woofz app. My dog did learn a lot of the basics so far so it’s being taught in a way where she understands it and I manage it well. It’s a fun way of learning for me and training for her.

Cancelled my subscription in January and you have continued to charge me £31.59 in February and March which I want refunding. I have informed my bank that I have been scammed by you and will take this matter further.
FYI: My subscription was cancelled on the 5 January 2025 within the free trial period (I have proof) How does that then explain that you continued to take money from my account on the the 23rd February 2025 and 25th March - you are fully aware that you are taking peoples money after the cancellation period - I will also be notifying Instagram to stop you from advertising. I am still awaiting a refund and I have also responded to your email.

Disappointed they took £31.59 when I was under the impression I hadn’t completed the full registration. However after reaching out to customer services they explained I must have , but kindly returned the £31.59 - I’ve checked it is back in my bank account. Read carefully is my advice

Signed up for 1 week trial plan, upon which it does not stipulate you will be charged £31.59 if you don’t cancel (I have went back to sign up again and before you get to the payment page it does NOT state this anywhere).
I was surprised when a bank notification popped up on my phone stating I had been charged £31.59.
They do not tell you, 1. The price of the full plan before you purchase the trial and 2. They do not state anywhere you will be signed up for a subscription service and will be charged the full subscription after 7 days.
I contacted Woofz and got a bland, generic and very unhelpful response. They did confirm my subscription had been cancelled.
I logged back into the app and ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS AND TRAINING IS GONE. But have I revived my £31.59 back, nope. Surly I should still have access to the material I’ve just been charged £31.59 for.
So yeah basically they have just taken £31.59 out my bank and gave me f all in return.. I will be contacting trading standards and I will be letting everyone I know about how unprofessional this “company” is along with disputing this payment with my bank.
Mark and avoid at all costs. Highly would not recommend.

"Effective training"
Effective training, but the app can be a little glitchy. The lessons and tips are fantastic, and my dog has learned so much! However, I’ve experienced a couple of minor bugs that made navigation a bit frustrating. Maybe I need to update my phone though (:

Having access to book a call with a real trainer is a game-changer. Whenever I have a question about my dog’s behavior, I get expert advice right away. It’s like having a personal dog coach at my fingertips!
