Couldn't be happier with the result. Another stockist was charging over $800 more plus tax for the exact same product. Cool mini splits were awesome from day one. Highly recommended

Great product and service. Only hiccups were being sent two wrong line sets (length and size reversed on two of the five line sets), and my electrician advised the connection block was undersized (sized for 12 gauge instead of 10). But I’m in Canada so code could be slightly different than US, and Mr Cool sent out the correct line sets. I got it all hooked up and connected and it works like a dream. 36K HP, three heads (24K-12K-12K). Line set covers ended up being a pretty big expense given I ran over 100ft of lines to all three heads, and I needed extra sets to get elbows that I couldn't buy as “one offs”. HP is quieter than expected which is a bonus. Would recommend to anyone who is comfortable and confident in their abilities with repair and maintenance, whether you’ve ever even attempted a project like this before or not.
