"Amcare have lost the plot"
Great for more than 10 years but they have now lost the plot completely. Their failure to fulfil orders has to be experienced to be believed. Don’t really deserve a star rating at all!

"Totally Inadequate Service"
Employees always sound very stressed although pleasant and helpful where they can. However, service is dismal, phone answered after at least 30mins and there is no point in leaving a message because it’s NEVER answered!! I’ve stuck with them but I’m changing my provider now. Enough is enough.

"Amcare in trouble"
Have used Amcare for years and years, always dependable with friendly helpful staff. Some disaster is going on, long long wait on phone, long wait for email reply, changed order without explanations. If this continues it will be their downfall as other suppliers available. Great shame.

AVOID Amcare at all costs, they do not "care" and have badly let down so many. I actually have no words !!!. I have had to find a new supplier for my prescription after 5 years with Amcare AVOID AVOID AVOID.

"Dreadful service"
I don't know what's happened to Amcare but they are now dreadful. I feel sorry for the ordinary staff because they'll be jobless soon. It's pretty shameful given the nature of the business, causing customers tons of unecessary anxiety. I'm now with another supplier who actually care about their clients. NO STARS!!

"Poor service and loss of confidence"
What used to be for many years been a good experience has vanished. On average 30 minute wait on the telephone, at least a 3 day wait for replies to emails, late deliveries and short shipments with no explanation. I'm changing my supplier after talking to my stoma care nurse. Had enough of Amcare.

"NUCLEAR MELTDOWN"
Amcare have gone into nuclear meltdown and turned toxic, it is advised to steer well clear of this organisation. Living with a stoma is no fun and you depend on professional management in an organisation such as this, unfortunately the management aren't up to their job role.

"Absolute shambles"
Absolute shambles! Given them the lowest 1 Star rating, but in all honesty would have given them no star at all, had that choice been available.
I have only used them for about 6 months. They were efficient and very helpful on the phone at first, but over the last month or so have not delivered my essential orders and have not responded to my e mails and no longer answer the phone.
Completely useless. Will oder from my usual chemist in future, as I can only assume Armcare are going bust or will be very shortly as they will have lost any business that they once had.

I assume they are going bankrupt. They have completely abandoned their customers. Been trying for days to get
through by phone and email to order essential supplies. Very stressful to now find a new provider after so many years.

I have been a customer of Amcare for years and they were always reliable helpful and efficient. I have been unable to contact them for 3 weeks to reorder my supplies by phone email and post. It's with regret l have now changed my supplier
