If you'd of asked me 6 months ago I would have rated Amcare a 1 star. I have been using them for 7 years and for about 5 years all was well. Then something happened and I had nothing but problems - incomplete orders, prescriptions not received from GP, no stock, wrong/incomplete orders, no orders being sent at all, just an absolute nightmare. This made life very difficult and truly upsetting. Being left with no supplies is a sickening feeling, which is why I gave negative feedback to the company outlining all the things that had gone wrong. I then had an email from a member of Amcare, Sharn Collins. Sharn wrote to me and called me, with a promise to correct the negative experience I was having, she agreed they were falling short. Since Sharn has been monitoring my account the difference in the service I receive is second to none. I place my order, I inform Sharn and she ensures it is processed efficiently and if any problems do arise then I am informed. I receive my orders quickly, they are complete and I am happy.
The mental anguish of not knowing whether my order will arrive, be incomplete or even correct items is now a thing of the past. The stress of placing an order has now gone, thanks to the help of Sharn Collins.
When it works well it works well, the products are good and dispatched quickly with no fuss - long may it continue.

Been with Amcare 18 years + Convatec products i am supplied through Amcare are stoma bags and stoma caps, bags supplied by hospital do not stick and leak, tried other suppliers but then attended a community group where Amcare visited and was given Convatec samples to try and they where great, i wear a 2 peice and i am so greatful to of find you.
