I have been with Amcare for a couple of years now and am very glad I made the change. I particularly appreciate the fact that I have one to one contact with my own adviser. At the start, she would call me regularly to check everything was working for me. Now I can just send her an email and she will get things organised and let me know when to expect the delivery. I feel like I'm more than just a patient number! Thank you Amcare and special thanks to Gaynor Sammonds.

I had previous been let down by the last company I used. I ordered some samples from Amcare and had a call with Sandra who was awesome. I have had my stoma for over 20 years with no support or stoma nurse and now I have someone on the end of the phone should I need them. Thank you Sandra and Sarah, you have both been amazing and I can't tell you enough how relieved I have felt to have you guys on my side!

Chowdhury family my daughter suffer from IC a rare condition in young children she had it since 3 yrs old we have found out. 8yrs she has a major operation and now uses colostomy bag, I found AMCARE and have been using products AMCARE provides but b4 them we used Bullen 🤔.. You know what? I'll say it again. Excellent Service. Every so often when I've been a little lazy with ringing through my order, Amcare go the extra mile and give me a call to check if I need any supplies. That alone is a great improvement to my previous supplier, and the calls are always nice, helpful, polite - they get the job done and it's a good interaction. But today was different. Thanks to Becky at the Basingstoke site, I managed to have an in-depth, unexpected conversation with someone who's stoma is as awkward as mine! Someone who understood. Someone who felt like I feel when I'm out in public, or around friends and family. Someone who uses similar supplies to me. Someone who understands my garbled, confused approach to my own stoma care. Someone Amcare should definitely make the corner stone of "how to customer service" . Becky was, in a word, stunning. She put my mind at rest, she helped me understand what I am doing, she reassured me. And reassurance is like gold dust when dealing with your health. Well done Amcare. Promote this woman. She's worth everything you have. Thank you Becky!

I have been using Amcare for many years now and their service has nearly always been faultless. Their telephone support staff are always friendly and helpful. My order processing has nearly always gone through efficiently. I think I have only had two problems with them in all the years I have used them and these problems were rectified extremely quickly and Amcare went the extra mile to see that I was inconvenienced to the minimum. I always feel that I am dealing with a quality and caring company.
