Always professional and most helpful when I find the need to call which due to good quality processes and staff is not that often. Well done - 4 years ago my feedback would have been very different but they listened and improved the service and continue to do so.

Always there on hand for support when my GP messes up orders. Caring and compassionate especially when I first got my spc I didn't know what I needed and Gaynor was on hand all the way and continues to help and check in. Can not thank her enough for the support she always gives me.

"My change of opinion"
My change of opinion relating to the service of what has been a failing customer care venture, has been driven by a notable selection of dedicated individuals.
It would appear the sad days of failed return calls, missing packages and the inability to source products have been consigned to history.
The automated work flow systems that Amcare probably use now appear to be working for the benefit of both staff and customer
There does appear to be a can-do attitude among staff, as Shannon demonstrated by (I thought) foolishly taking on a problem, with only half the information available. With "I'll do that" still ringing in my ears she returned an hour later with "mission completed” So heart-warming
I don't know how many "Lee Smith"s you employ but the lady I speak with pops up everywhere? Her work ethic is truly amazing and resolves any issue almost immediately and NEVER fails to return a call. If I had employed one Lee Smith in my business; I could have reduced my front staff by 75%. Sally Edwards also broke the mould - a manager who returned a call and managed to supply a product that could not be supplied. Work ethic?
In conclusion - Lee Smith rolled up a large snowball that became an avalanche and I have benefitted so much from that
Whether it be new staff, work flow procedures or just changed work ethic; it seems to be working

What a great company to deal with made my life so much easier regarding ordering all my ileostomy products ! My usual supplier the co-op pharmacy were making mistakes and took forever to get my order ready 😩 but thanks to Sharon at Amcare all my problems that I previously had with the co-op have come to an end .
I have nothing but praise for Sharon and the company she works for Amcare group definitely deserve five stars 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Haven't been with Amcare for long but my stoma nurse is so lovely, helped me when my bags were leaking all the time, took the time to talk to me and even come to my house to see me.
So glad I changed to Amcare. Supplies ordered arrive quickly.
