"Appalling"

If I could give no stars to this company I would. Have been ringing them for two and a half weeks now(every day and holding on for half an hour each time) to order supplies for my husband. Despite a recorded message saying they will answer the call they never do. I've emailed my husbands' order twice.First time received an automated response saying someone will contact me within 72 hours (still waiting a week and a half later) and the second time ,nothing! In desperation I have rung Convatec twice. They advised contacting local hospital to obtain supplies(???) and each time I have been told someone would ring me back. Still waiting despite being told they would put my request as urgent. Also said they are awaiting prescription from G.P.. On contacting G.P. no request from Amcare. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They don't care that my husbands' supplies will run out shortly and then what does he do?????

Like other people have said- this has gone from being an efficient well run organisation to being utterly hopeless.
I cannot get through on the phone or by email as my email has now been blocked. This has caused me a huge amount of anxiety, not knowing when I will receive my order. This is totally unacceptable as they area company providing medical services to those who are vulnerable.

"Amcare is a complete failure"

Amcare is a complete failure. Unable to contact this past month to get medical supplies. Causing me great distress when unwell. Have been poor this past 2 years. Now a complete failure. This company needs to be struck off the NHS medical suppliers list.
They don,t answer telephones or emails. All you get on the web site is that they have software problems.

Cannot imagine what is going on with this company. Don’t answer phone, haven’t notified on their website that you can’t get through to anyone and now no supplies!
